    I voted for darkfall as a REALLY big disapointment.

    It's not disappointment if you see it coming! 

    I soloed all the time in classic EQ until Planes of Power was released. That expansion ruined the game.

    And The Serpent's Spine expansion fixed it again.  You can solo all you want now.

    In any case, I was able to solo to 50 in EQ2 (which was max at the time), so I'm not sure why you think it has forced grouping.

    Biggest Disappointments?

    1. EA Destroying Sim City 5
    2. Neverwinter Nights 2 [Why!  Why!  Why ruin the toolset that worked for millions?]
    3. Vampire Bloodlines [No online gameplay, so I never bought the game.]
    4. EQ 1 Progression Servers
