Actually, have to grosely disagree with you Wickersham Men and women alike often segregate themselves from the opposite sex, not because of being sexist, but because they want to group up with people that they are more likely to understand. For many men, and for many women, its their own same sex. This doesn't make them sexist, it makes them your average person who wants to fit in, in a group, easily.
If you ask me, you're the one who is being sexist, as you just pointed a deragotory finger at women in general because of your anger towards them. (note, I am a man, although some people might argue over the validity of that fact) The comment " A disturbing trend I have found in many of the women I talk to these days." is a disturbingly stereotyped and generalized comment, that I've not found to be true. I didn't say she was sexist because she was in a all female guild. Let me make it easy for you:
A racist is a person who believes one race is superior to another.
A sexist is a person who believes that one gender is superior to another.
The OP is sexist and you are defending someone who believes you are inferior.
And I point to this very post as an example of the "disturbing trend" i have noticed.
You need to read what the OP posted, including the links posted and then reread what I typed because you are missing something.
I don't hate women - I hate ignorance. I hate people who believe that they are better than another because in some general way they are different. My attempt with my post was to guide the OP back to the quest for equality (feminism) and when equality is established not to claim superiority.

Just because someone makes a single racist or sexist comment, doesn't make them racist or sexist, it makes them tactless and it shows an obvious lack of forthought.
Granted, it May mean that they are racist/sexist, it doesn't proove that they are until they continue with their line of comments to further support the fact that they are an ignorant dolt.
