I'm playing LotRO. I've got a lot of great friends there. The game is friendly to casual solo play. It has it's flaws, but I haven't seen any other MMOs that look like they will be any better.
I'm trying to play AOC because I already bought it. Apparently there is some issues with the game not fully utilizing ati graphics cards so I twittle my thumbs, cross my fingers and wait for a fix.
Other than that, I have a sub to LOTRO, but I just can't bring myself to log in. I'm bored with it. Not sure what it is...maybe I don't like the classes. Something about the avatar graphics gnaws at me too. Overall it looks good and runs well so maybe it's the only ballgame in town.
I have a month free trial of SWG. Haven't logged in once. I should. Probably.
Was raiding in WoW until about two months ago. Guild kinda broke up, and I quit rather than spend more time farming for 'essential' stuff I had to have in order to get into my brother's raid guild. I'm tired of farming.
Played a game called Dofus for about a month. It's kind of like final fantasy tactics MMO. Decent game.
I was thinking about playing AoC, but I just don't feel like buying a new game.
I re-subbed to Vanguard last night. The game could be good, but really I think you need a good guild/group of friends to play with. It's not a lot of fun solo. This will be my third try, but this time I plan on trying to find people to play with instead of being lazy. lol
Ever since I left the WoW raid scene, I've felt this amazing sense of non-commital attitude. Kind of like when a great relationship breaks up out of nowhere, and for awhile you sit around not feeling like you want to start over from scratch again. lol

I'm currently playing global ghost online (currently in closed beta). Its a cool game so far I really like it since I can play it with a gamepad ( I really hate playing games with a mouse or keyboard).
Vanguard because it's seen a lot of improvement since release. I use to hate but now I like it.
Glad it's improved, but to bad they had such a crappy release. It's almost impossible for me to get interested in a game after release, if the release doesn't go well. Go get Vanguard, or just wait for something brand new, like WAR which comes out in a few months? Eh, Vanguard might be decent now, but I'll just wait for WAR.
I played the Vanguard Beta, so I've already seen a lot of the game when it didn't work so well, adn that takes a lot of the fun out of it. It's better to see things for the first time when they work, if you know what I mean. Then I get both fun gameplay, and that hey, look it's a new world feeling, at the same time. Now it would be, gee, same old world, and some improved gameplay, which isn't as compelling.
But EQ2 did the same thing. Massive improvements over time.
LOTR - because its casual friendly and made of mature community. Moreover i am big fan of lore.
Everquest 2 - I always wanted to try it for all these years. Heard so much about it that i couldn't resist. Anyone who loves MMORPG genre owes himself to give atleast one try to this legendary game. Currently on 30 day retail sub and i am definitely going to continue in future.
Guild Wars - mainly for PVP and that also only on weekends. No monthly sub is also one of the reason why it always be on my hard disk.
I'm interested in seeing what everyone else is playing! Please tell me what you're playing and why.
None at this point. Not one game feels good enough to get my money. The moment a company wakes up and delivers a new and good game they have my money. The games now are bug riddled wow-copies with different graphics.
Currently subbed to AoC n Ultima Online. Really haven't been playing a whole heck of alot of either since it is summertime n I tend to do alot with the kids n work during summer months. Will prolly cancel both subs within the month.
Hoping something comes out by fall that I can really dive into for the winter months. Will prolly try out TCoS n War then...if the release this year yet.
Hey Tommy, Ever thought about trying Rohan Online? Free to play. Servers open up today at 8 P.M. Here it is: http://www.playrohan.com/
No offence, but every *single* Korean made (mmo) I've ever played was a pile of shallow crap. They simply clone to the best of their ability a very poor copy the popular mmos out there, but they often have *zero* fansites because they can't hold any real gamer' attention longer than 1 day. The day one of these companies gets it right I'll take back this statement, until then I won't hold my breath, and I'm not racist, just bad games continually happen to pour out of this country, this isn't a steriotype it's fact.
Lineage2 because they made leveling easier, although the economy is worse then ever
WoW: because i like doing raids with my guild, i know everyone in it, and we are all very good friends.
Playing: EVE Online Favorite MMOs: WoW, SWG Pre-cu, Lineage 2, UO, EQ, EVE online Looking forward to: Archeage, Kingdom Under Fire 2 KUF2's Official Website - http://www.kufii.com/ENG/ -

I am currently playing guild wars.. I have grown bored with most everything out there, including guild wars, but I am looking forward to guild wars2.

I play Rappelz currently and it is an AWSOME GAME!
LOTRO, its the best MMO on the market today.

Guild Wars. After having Nightfall for one year I've finally managed to complete the campaign... I'm quite lazy.
UO right now..don't actually have a clue what I'm doing yet.

im not playing anything right now, will probably try vanguard while i wait for Aion, tcos, and war
Which Final Fantasy Character Are You?
Final Fantasy 7
None. Because, quite frankly, I don't like any of the ones currently available.
I guess I will stick to RPGs until maybe on day in a very, very remote future a good MMO is released.
I play EQ2 atm, because of 60 free days SOE gave.
T.R.
A little AoC and good old RyL, while waiting for Aion or perhaps WotLK, should it turn out good.
Hopefully the wait won't be as long i fear it will be.
Take the Magic: The Gathering 'What Color Are You?' Quiz.

I tried many mmos
But I always come back to Tibia
I'm waiting for a mmorpg who has NO ENDING GAME!
a fun quest system like tibia (and it's not too complex at all)
you don't find quests talking to marked npc on the map, you need to explore the world and find hidden treasures...
YOU CAN CHAT WITH NPCS!! omg, that's the only game i know with this feature
with you ask the right question to them, you can get hints of quests
you can have a social life in-game if you don't want to grind, you have fun exploring the world
it's not a big world at all, but there are hundres of - non stanced - caves (or dungeons), and it grows every ear
it's a very fair game in pvp - it's not easy for a player with the doubel of your lvl to kill you solo.
and much more...
the only thing is the poor graphics, but i don't care about it, i hate full-of-bugs-3d-graphics
I think the mistake that ALL mmos do is to begin with "end-game", do you copy?
like wow, 1 month and you get max lvl, with the new update it will be 1 month and 1 week >.<
There is no max lvl in tibia, but there are just a few players realy strong
hardcore players can get lvl 100 in 6 months, lvl 200 in 2 years and there is only 500 players with lvl 205+, in a game that exists for 11 years...
I'M W8ING DARKFALL to own every game ever release, if it doesn't, i'm out of mmo forever -.-
Lineage 2 and WoW
Lineage2 because they made leveling easier, although the economy is worse then ever
WoW: because i like doing raids with my guild, i know everyone in it, and we are all very good friends.
Playing: EVE Online
Favorite MMOs: WoW, SWG Pre-cu, Lineage 2, UO, EQ, EVE online
