after all the garbage that is being released Diablo would be great to see as an mmo (IF they did it right) QUIT THE HAND HOLDING MMO'S today we dont even have to read or listen to an npc click thru it and go to X arrrrg the madness!!!!!!! Give us something truely scary and challenging to do!!! make death penalties!!!! make us jump out of our seats!!!!! ok off the soapbox just give us a gooood game!!!!!!
Actually I'm pretty sure the team behind Diablo 2 left Blizzard and started their own company... But anyways, it really could be anything. The fact that the picture looks like ice obviously makes you think of WotLK, but then again it could also be crystals/protoss things. The symbols around the picture can be linked to all 3 franchises. One of them resembles the largest rune on Arthas's blade at the WotLK website, one represents the rune "Hel" from Diablo 2, and one is the protoss racial symbol. I give Blizz the thumbs up for leaving us all guessing.
to me it kind of seems like they are putting each game on the outside of the pictures via runes. Starcraft, World of warcraft, Diablo.. then maybe Warcraft and even Lost Vikings...then maybe perhaps unveil something new. Just a theory tho..as is everything about this is right now....just theories
I believe this is the best theorie. They will show up runes from all 4 games from blizzard : Warcraft, Starcraft, Diablo and WoW. Then in the middle they will unveil a new IP .
This is it , a new IP from Blizzard . Hence I will not be sorry if there will be Diablo 3 or SC MMo because I am sure that Blizzard will not disappoint us
