If you do not know the basic premise of all opinions and choices boil down to 2 fundamentals, the first being yes and the other being no.
In the end no matter what question you ask, or what question you ask others, can always be brought back to yes or no.
On a side note, opinions are like assholes, everybody has one, and everyone else thinks the other persons stinks.

Rules are rules, and if you or I like it or not doesn't change the fact that no gray areas exist in our world.
The universe deals in absolutes.
I didn't make the rules, I just live in it.
As for you, you over complicate your life. Thinking it is much more interesting and meaningful than it actually is.
What you do in your life is a serious of choices and none of them are gray. You can choose to make them as gray as you like but gray is nothing more than a delusional black and white choice.
I don't know how old you are, but if your relatively young, it might do you well to quit blurring things and accept yes or no.
Options are in the top 10 things wrong with this planet today. Over complicated gray matters of absolute horse shit.
Should we shoot a monkey to mars... I don't know let's think on it for 20 years and see how many options we can come up with....
Shoot the GD monkey or don't. No need to talk about it.
If your going to do something do it. YES or don't do it. NO
To many options and to many opinions in the world for it ever to succeed in anything except self destruction.

It almost sounded like a religious speech - now I am comforted in knowing that nothing in this world can shake your deep belief in... whatever you write above. I am actually a lot older than you (if your profile is honest), and was once a little similar in some aspects. I'm not saying you'll change - but you will, anyway
Good luck till then! If you consider one humble advice - you can be as certain in your beliefs as you want to, but diplomacy and listening to others are not worthless virtues either!
(also, read a little Zen, if you're really interested in "decision" and "choice" means in a different phylosophy.)

I was i #2... but it wasn't the bugs and the missing content that threw me of it was.... the *BEEB* insane amount of time one just spends on running and running and continueing to run. The traveling time in that game is just way of imho...
I was just wondering if I was the only one thinking so...
AoC picked a bad day to experience such a repeat performace of their customer service quality; today was the day my 30day initial date ended and based on whats availiable in game and how they handled the patch job I will wait to resubscibe for now.
Valok's Age of conan survey (US forums) - 6000+ respondents Charles's Age of conan survey (EU forums) - 2500+ respondents (i think)
And both these surveys show a much more favorable attitude toward AoC. If I were to interpret the results from those polls, I'd say you'd end up with:
1. Love it and will keep playing - 15% 2.Like it, but it needs some work, will keep playing - 60% 3. Not happy with the current state, and will cancel - 20% 4. It's just rubbish, already quit - 5%
25 for cancelling? It's kind of hard to believe, with over 80% here, over 130+ votes...

Big disappointment, my advice to the Funcom devs: go re-read (assuming any of them read it in the first place) all of REH's original material and then completely redesign the race/class system from scratch.
There are 2 survey's on the ofiical AoC forums: Valok's Age of conan survey (US forums) - 6000+ respondents Charles's Age of conan survey (EU forums) - 2500+ respondents (i think) And both these surveys show a much more favorable attitude toward AoC. Huh, so two positive survey results based on over 2500+ & 6000+ respondents seems unlikely because they contradict a single highly negative one here based on only 130+ votes!
At least in my opinion, the main conclusion to be drawn here is that these forums have a disproportionate number of 'Hatebois' & many of whom haven't even played the game, whereas the official AoC forums are mainly people who have played the game & many of whom still actively enjoy it.
Which polls are the most trustworthy?
As with all statistics, people just choose the ones that support their point of view.
If you can't "Have your cake & eat it too", then how can "The proof of the pudding be in the eating"?

Yes sir, the official Funcom site's polls are *definitely* more trustworthy and believable than that of an an *independent* site like this.
Not even a hint of doubt about bias and modding on Funcom's pages. Exactly what I heard
BTW it's well over 200 votes now, and the rate is even worse for AOC....

So let me guess there are supposed to be thousands of Funcom bots posting fake votes as opposed to the emminently reliable & unbiased opinions of people that post threads like "AoC = Epic Fail'.
Well you only need to get 42 times more votes & the two surveys might be comparable, so all those 'Hatebois' had better start creating those alt accounts now

Rules are rules, and if you or I like it or not doesn't change the fact that no gray areas exist in our world.
The universe deals in absolutes.
I didn't make the rules, I just live in it.

There are 2 survey's on the ofiical AoC forums:
Valok's Age of conan survey (US forums) - 6000+ respondents
Charles's Age of conan survey (EU forums) - 2500+ respondents (i think)
And both these surveys show a much more favorable attitude toward AoC.
If I were to interpret the results from those polls, I'd say you'd end up with:
1. Love it and will keep playing - 15%
2.Like it, but it needs some work, will keep playing - 60%
3. Not happy with the current state, and will cancel - 20%
4. It's just rubbish, already quit - 5%
25 for cancelling? It's kind of hard to believe, with over 80% here, over 130+ votes...

i've been playing it and i''ll stick out the rough times and see where it goes and contiue playing
Yeah the results here seem very negative
and the results from the survey's on the offical forums seem very positive.
Don't know why though, any thoughts?
But you can check the results yourself.
Just google "Age of conan survey" and i think you can find the results.
There are ofcourse no actual questions of wether you will quit or not.
So my % are just my own interpretations.
Troll magnet, I guess that can be funny. Just WoW, you should play it.

Hurt much? Here, take this tissue. I know these numbers will make you cry... :P

Back to my old MMO.
Big disappointment, my advice to the Funcom devs: go re-read (assuming any of them read it in the first place) all of REH's original material and then completely redesign the race/class system from scratch.
Necro'd for the sake of curiosity (more votes, would they turn the tide?)
