Id rate it with a 6, and that's pretty nice coming from me, Im having fun, can't see it lasting forever, but It's good enough to keep me entertained until my guild's main project.
I agree although I gave it a high 6. That to me is a pretty good rating. I don't see myself playing it for a long time, but I still find some enjoyment in the RvR. PvE is pretty bland and hasn't gotten much better in the higher tiers. Then again I never expected good PvE.
I voted for a 6 it would be higher if Mystic hadn't removed four classes and four capitol cities.
The classes and cities that were left out were unfinished/broken. So if they had included them at launch would you have given the game a 3-4 for not being polished?
It's the devs job to release a polished game and if they can't do that then they should postpone the launch until it's polished and not cut the content.

its also dev's jobs to set schedules and set priorities. Tell ya what - why dont you run over and build a WIN32 application that works and then let us know what content to expect 5 years before you release it. Then we'll see how close you get and measure you on it.
Its ok, but it is no MMO, its a single player game played online.
telll that to my hand...oh and my 250 guildmates
I gave a 8

I don't think people get the idea of a 10 rating, 8 or 9 may be acceptable. But, 10-ers, do you really think WAR is the perfect game? No improvements can be made? There are no flaws?
It isn't very polished, but is fun to play and the RvR adds a definate bonus from the very start. It reminds me a lot of WoW (indeed, to me it's wow w/ a pvp focus), except as a caster I think wow does a bit smoother job of the casting process. Mind you I'm only level 9, so take my opinion for what it's worth. That being said, I'm still playing and enjoying the game. Seems a bit shallow though, so we'll see in a month or two if I'm still playing.
If you're looking for a sandbox or otherwise deep mmo, war is not the mmo you should be looking at. It's almost like an arpg, in that crafting is very minimal with no housing or other deeper mmo concepts. It is exactly what it claims to be...fast action combat WAR.
Those who votes 1's and 10's are funny indeed. No game that is functional deserves a 1 and no game that isn't perfectly flawless deserves a 10. WoW is the the only game that would even come close to a 10 and it is by far not a 10.

True but people who realy like the game and want to give it above a nine (say 9.5) they give it a 10 . Pitty there aren't more poll lines otherwise I would have make also halves (starting at 5 so 5.5, 6,5 etc but not 4.5).
I would have given a 8.3 or 8.4 or even 8.5, but the choice was rather limited. So I gave an 8, all though 8 sounds not enough, but 9 is too much at this time.
I could have taken away another point for not having an official forum in which we have a direct relation with Mythic employees, but I didn't.
What can I say, great game, a lot of potential in my eyes.
I gave it an 8 so far. It has some flaws that needs to be fixed but nothing game breaking here. I think Mythic has to make a good expansion for me to keep me playing fror the long term. Though right now most have to admit it is a fun game right now.
I gave it a 9. Functionally, the game is great. I enjoy to combat system (to some extent) and my class (Disciple of Khaine). However, the game does have flaws. As an example, server sync issues. Having a ranged mob within melee distance and getting "out of range". Luckily, repositioning behind a tree normally fixes this.
This game is closer to 10 than WoW is. WoW is about a 7.5 to 8.5 in my book, mainly due to the raid focused nature of the game and the lack of REAL PvP (Arenas are NOT real and battlegrounds tend to get boring)
Raquelis in various games Played: Everything Playing: Nioh 2, Civ6 Wants: The World Anticipating:Everquest NextCrowfall, Pantheon, Elden Ring
I gave it at 8 so far. The main aspects I like include the grittier feel to the art without trying to be a tech demo (AoC), the feel of being in a constant warzone (like TR) and the stability of the client especially at launch. I also love the variations on a theme of the class types.
I am sure the score will change after 3 or so months of play because I truly believe that an MMO takes such an amount of time to really get to know and commit to, unless you instantly hate it. I just hope it is positive and I continue to play alongside WOW and Eve rather than get bored as I level.
I think a pat on the back to GOA for a great game relase and certainly not a disaster of marketing meets reality that unfortunatly have hit too many titles.

Four cities.
Mystic, Mythic... whateva!
7. No MMO deserves a perfect 10, tbh.
Currently playing: EverQuest II
Tried: EVE Online (will return someday), Final Fantasy XI (didn't like, sorry)
I rated it an 8. I was hoping for DAoC 2, but this is more like WoW 2.
I gave it a 5.
While the game was fun for a bit and I enjoyed the PQ's I thought the graphics and rvr where blah.
Unless your in a good guild. Chat is not there, so makes the game less than what it could be.
Take the Magic: The Gathering 'What Color Are You?' Quiz.

8, it's fun so far.
Bumping for great justice!
10. good stuff. best mmo i ever played. of course it's not perfect but rating it compared to other mmo's i would have to put it on the highest scale.
y great game so far.
really fun.
215 ratings so far :P
Best MMO on the market imo. It won t be for everyone for sure, but for me it is.

I would give it a score of 456,78 or 456,79 ...
