Its ok, but it is no MMO, its a single player game played online.
WTF u sir are an idiot theres no way to progress alone are we talking about the same game here sounds like u belong on a hgl forum
True since when do you play this game alone? :P
From level 1 / rank 1 to level 25 / rank 17. Im a archmage and really want to group (archmage = healer), but there is absolutly no content for groups, neither in pve nor in pvp...
This is downright false, theres about 180 pqs on each side, and they are all group content. You can't solo them. Also even scenarios and open rvr are greatly helped by being in groups especially guild organized ones with a good team makeup.
Since i had to reroll 3 times, i am only 19/16 but let me tell you theres way more "group" content then wow or even eq2(as it currently is)
For the record, after i got settled and into my favorite class, i'd have to give the game a 9, i'd give it a 10, but due to the poorly designed open rvr system, and population imbalances i could never give it a 10
Id rate it with a 6, and that's pretty nice coming from me, Im having fun, can't see it lasting forever, but It's good enough to keep me entertained until my guild's main project.
and this vote is coming from a person playing hello kitty online? LOL OK
Will the missing classes make it in soon? The missing tanks are sorely missed by the effected races.
When will Mythic actively address population imbalances? Why weren't their balancing mechanisms in from the start?
What will happen to the lower tiers when the populations largely migrate to the higher tiers? When there are insufficient populations, PQs and Scenarios become wasted content.
How aggressively will they add additional Dungeons? How aggressive is their expansion schedule? (We know Mythic has had a fully staffed team working on expansions for quite some time prior to launch).
How will end game RvR play out? Will it be fun and balanced? Or will servers find one faction or the other dominating the system, leaving the other half of the population demoralized?
Lots of questions that will be answered in the months ahead. How they are answered, along with some other questions I've certainly missed, will determine if the game improves and grows.
Lots of fun and loads of potential, but the road to success for Mythic has just begun and there are many challanges ahead.

I voted 1, to counteract the fanbois 10, makes the results fairer.
So we can probably throw at the majority of the 1's because people like you that have never played teh game feel obligated t o counter the poeple that have played it?? Anyway it looks like after 500+ votes about 2/3 rate it 8 or higher so that is a good sign.....I think the game is good initially but I am not sure about its long term appeal.....I think another poll in 6 months would be a good idea.
Game has a lot of issues and so on, but it will be better I think once they start to see the issues that are ingame. Have high hopes for it still, voted a 5 atm tho, been too much issues for me personally with crashes and no customer support responses and that drags it down for me.
These kind of polls usually dont become very accurate, as you would need people who stop playing come here and vote also. But usually as people leave and so on, they dont check forums of that game anymore. but good to see high number votes anyways.

Which would create a 5 average which, wouldn't make sense. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if you were one of the Darkfall idiots hyping their game and consistently voting down the others.
Giving it a 9 right now. Best online fun I had since ever.
Potentially it's a 10 but we'll see how it pans out later on. There are certain minor flaws in the game, both in implementation and core design, but nothing that couldn't be eventually fixed.
Some may think 9 is too much but if you look at it within the context of the genre then it does deserve a 9. If we were grading it on a bell curve then I'd be perfectly justified to give it a 10 right now because for me it is THE best popular mass-appeal MMO out there.

Yeah that would be a good idea cause then we could also see how the support is till then and about the free content (cities, classes, etc)
Warhammer Online will likely be the last MMORPG I ever pick up. I'll eagerly await a persistent world that is completely skill based but really Warhammer Online is perfect. The only game with fairly well balanced massive, meaningful PvP. I just know by the time I get to rank 40 I am going to be sick of leveling up.
I gave the game a 6. It's fun, but all they did was recreate WoW with what they hoped would be a positively received RvR focus. It lacks a certain MMO feel stemming from a lack of customization options and the linear progression through the world. Combat is a tad sluggish feeling. Issues abound with bugs and exploits-feels like an Electronic Arts product. The game has potential but will need alot of work to keep it from being eaten alive by the Lich King.
I rated it all a 10 except role playing in the rating meter here at mmropg. I think the lack of voice chat , and the lackluster normalsee of /guild,/group,/yell commands make the roleplaying lackluster. Only time will tell if roleplaying will get better. I know my first night i loged in , i was going throug the quests, and i ended up grouping with a group that was full, but no one was chating, no voices, no typing, no nothing, i was like wtf, what is this, single player world in conflict or half life 2, but even so...That was the only part i didnt mark as exceptional.

Yeah,
you should discard all the 1's and 2's then discard all the 9's and 10's and average the rest, you'll get a reasonable result then.

7, it's just alright...
I gave it a solid 8.
It could go up, or down.

Being that this is the Warhammer forum do you seriously believe this little poll represents anything?
I miss the good ol' days when nerds were actually intelligent.
Well, over 50% of the respondents voted it 7-9, which shows a high level of satisfaction.
(I discount the 10's and 1's and being disingenuous)

Given it an 8. Rarely is there an MMO so enjoyable straight from the box !

There can be only one
524 votes and 61.9% above an 8 Nice
I rated it at 8.5 on this website, so I voted for 8.
MMORPG's w/ Max level characters: DAoC, SWG, & WoW
Currently Playing: WAR
Preferred Playstyle: Roleplay/adventurous, in a sandbox game.
Pitty 8.5 wasn't possible because of the space :P
I gave it a six.
It's not a terriable MMO, just really slow and adds nothing new to such an amazing genra of gaming.

It would be nice if they could introduce some updates to update the game detail a bit (grass, trees etc).
Which would create a 5 average which, wouldn't make sense. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if you were one of the Darkfall idiots hyping their game and consistently voting down the others.
Voted 8 , having a blast so far some minor issues .
Giving it a 9 right now. Best online fun I had since ever.

did they realy do that?

Yeah they need to work on that :P
