Look buddy I went through the game pretty fast I grant you that but I didnt just grind mobs I did alot of PQs and quests and rvr I have over 4000 rvr kils you dont get that by just grinding mobs

Take it easy man. This is a game that is heavily dependent on community - give it some time to grow. Levelling and gear is the least important thing.
I hear there's a major patch coming really soon so I suppose we'll see some burning issues addressed. Mythic is known to react very speedily to player concerns.. some might say too speedy - when they fix things they do tend to "overfix" them.
If you're not having fun with WAR then just wait a month or two and after each server sees a couple of sieges and a few major patches then come back.
If you're 40 then you're most probably suffering from a burnout. Especially because you had to to it mostly alone. Take a breather, enjoy the sights and welcome your new buddies into tier 4.

I agree 100% with the OP. On the fact that he hasn't trolled in this thread, and this thread is valid.
Reading the responses, it's easy to see that players are feeling threatened and need to come out and bash him for not liking this game they have committed themselves to, instead of just accepting he doesn't like it.

In War you go to a flightmaster and you get a crappy loading screen. No full 3D world you live in: only a defined path you follow to do quests with defined areas of RvR. There is no "high" fresh air in War, only defined narrow paths to follow. As closed as a box you can't get out..
War uses MMO techniques of 2003. Today we ask far more. Both in traveling over worlds, PvP animation, emotes, itemisation and classes that actually have MORE instead of less features.
Not even talking of intelligent mob and boss behaviour. Because compared to the sophisticated raids in other games, War is a laugh in that department.

Oh dear... technically WAR could have been seamless but it would completely screw up the game world. Warhammer's Old World is MASSIVE. Some of these zones that are supposed to be adjacent in the game are actually hundreds if not thousands of miles apart.
It's just like in EvE where those star systems are accessed via portals. There is no point in flying for days and weeks through empty space. WAR engine supports seamless zoning - just walk from one zone to the other within a pairing. With this system they are leaving themself room for new zones without the need to go raising new continents or opening interdimensional space portals into other universes.. Sheesh...

Warhammer has originality and concept, its not the games fault that you fail to see it. The faction sides are unbalanced to the extreme? REALLY that was funny, i mean seriously. I have seen order groups crush destruction, and ive seen it the other way around. Most importantly I have noticed that zerging doesnt always work, especialyl not against a good group that works like a well oiled machine. Sorry the 5k vs 200 scenario isnt always the case. The game does have RVR if you go and look for it, especially once you start hitting the Keep Tiers like in 2-4. However you prob arent high enough otherwise you would prob not even post that.

While I agree that worlds don't have to be seamless to be fun, EVE was released in 2003. I think that relates to the "techniques of 2003" he was referring to.

I am not trolling at all I am being trolled lol I am simply giving a review of the game. I am not impressed so far at all some good things but not great. I am not gonna cancel I prepaid for 60 days so I will be on for a while but I am gonna respond to unfair attacks and I am gonna take thoughtfull suggestions to heart as I play . I am not a TROLL I am someone who has seen alotmore of this game then most of you.
I agree 100% with the OP. On the fact that he hasn't trolled in this thread, and this thread is valid.
Reading the responses, it's easy to see that players are feeling threatened and need to come out and bash him for not liking this game they have committed themselves to, instead of just accepting he doesn't like it.

A full open seamless world you live in. Period.
Wow TBC showed us a world in 2007 you can fly over with a personal mount, adventure in, land on ANY place you would want and BE there.
In War you go to a flightmaster and you get a crappy loading screen. No full 3D world you live in: only a defined path you follow to do quests with defined areas of RvR. There is no "high" fresh air in War, only defined narrow paths to follow. As closed as a box you can't get out..
War uses MMO techniques of 2003. Today we ask far more. Both in traveling over worlds, PvP animation, emotes, itemisation and classes that actually have MORE instead of less features.
Not even talking of intelligent mob and boss behaviour. Because compared to the sophisticated raids in other games, War is a laugh in that department.

The world doesn't even look like its a mmo world, it looks like a huge battle ground then you pop into another "battle ground". What a big dissapointment this game was. Even the factions sides are unblanced to the exstreme, I am sorry but that is not fun. Getting steam rolled by 5,000 destruction against 200 order is a BIG let down. No way I am leveling again all the way up after the third time due to population and faction imbalance. Oh well i'll just wait for a next gen game to come out with originality and concept.

Oh dear... technically WAR could have been seamless but it would completely screw up the game world. Warhammer's Old World is MASSIVE. Some of these zones that are supposed to be adjacent in the game are actually hundreds if not thousands of miles apart.
It's just like in EvE where those star systems are accessed via portals. There is no point in flying for days and weeks through empty space. WAR engine supports seamless zoning - just walk from one zone to the other within a pairing. With this system they are leaving themself room for new zones without the need to go raising new continents or opening interdimensional space portals into other universes.. Sheesh...

Warhammer has originality and concept, its not the games fault that you fail to see it. The faction sides are unbalanced to the extreme? REALLY that was funny, i mean seriously. I have seen order groups crush destruction, and ive seen it the other way around. Most importantly I have noticed that zerging doesnt always work, especialyl not against a good group that works like a well oiled machine. Sorry the 5k vs 200 scenario isnt always the case. The game does have RVR if you go and look for it, especially once you start hitting the Keep Tiers like in 2-4. However you prob arent high enough otherwise you would prob not even post that.

Patch that broke your game? Funny my game has no issues, runs fine with the exception of very few non-ground breaking bugs. I like how you prefer to say the game is trash, but dont really go into a clear reason instead you try say it sucks and...it sucks...and it sucks, why? So how many keep sieges have you been apart of? How many keep Lords have you defeated? Wait I got it...how many battering rams did you use or Keep walls did you destroy? in fact forget that..how many high level PQ's did you play with other people that required a group? How many higher level dungeons did you try out? Let me guess you played in a few open rvr flag tier 1's and your entire opinion of the end game is based on that. Dont waste me time.

This game is following the direction of AoC, sure people dont like the game, not everyone will, but why does all the sandbox gamers have to sit and make up new shit to post.

While I agree that worlds don't have to be seamless to be fun, EVE was released in 2003. I think that relates to the "techniques of 2003" he was referring to.
