I’m purely expressing my incredulity at the credibility of this “review” in a satirical manner. I’m interested in this game and I want to see new information about it, but this Review is an insult to the intelligence of the community in my opinion. Look at all the wonderful things they say about this game, then look at the actual content of the review. They could have been talking about the starting area of any generic fantasy game. They did not even do any PVP, let alone mention any of the major features of this game, only quests and killing mobs. Then they have the audacity to claim this is the most innovative, interesting completely new game that we have never seen before, that is total BS.

When I read that article in the link by the OP I get the distinct impression that this may have been the first MMO that these two have ever played.
If that were true, that would make a lot of sense at their reaction to playing the game. Perhaps I am wrong in thta assessment... but that is how it came across to me.

Which makes it even more obvious that this was just another thinly veiled attempt to get positive coverage from yet another extremely tightly controlled visit under NDA to their offices with access granted to the actual game for only a very limited period of time, using some more anonymous sycophantic supplicants.
They have been doing this for the past 5 years and it seems to of been working so far, and judging by things, still is, so why change a winning formula.

And WoW had amazing graphics m i rite? The screens were played on default settings (low or medium) and will work w/out lag during wars... also i can't think of an mmo with better graphics than that other than AoC, you should go play AoC, its not that fun but you can stare at the sky and your char's armor to make up for fun.

You and Ten and Arcken wanted someone outside of Aventurine to play and review DarkFall. Someone credible, such as MMORPG.com or a gaming Magazine. Unless I am mistaken MMORPG Italia is basicaly an Italian MMORPG.com. So the beta comments were a joke, and the very thing that you and your brethren have asked for is a joke. The video is a joke, the screen shots are a joke..... I doubt that you having the game installed on your comp and running would be enough lol.
Anyways, You guys got what you asked for and you guys are the ones that said that would be enough. So with that I guess we can expect Arcken, Ten and you to cut back now? You log in, choose your preferred race between the six available
you can modify everything using a lot of sliders
Then you can choose the starting area
You familiarize yourself with the UI
You familiarize yourself with the controls
Then you take the first quest from the starting NPC to Gather 0 of 4 r_Goblin Axe
And then you go to the starting Areas that are full of Goblins.
These are what Aventurine presents as the “rats” of Darkfall.
You familiarize yourself with the combat system.
You fight the Goblins with ranged , mêlée or spells.
While you are doing this you can enjoy the sounds effects, the graphics and the weather effects.
