Yeah i have been running a few of those 6 man instances and they run like a charm with 2 capts.   I tend to have more problems with 1 min and no capts involved.   those acid shots are taken away with disease pots i believe.   Of course I'm a burg so I'm always popping conj as needed.

I would love to see the video of you and 2 captains doing The Treasury or chapter 5.5, cause I call shananigans

Oh I'm quite sure 2 cpts and a burg can handle those.  Add in a LM for some more emergency heals, a guardian for their emergency skills, and a champ and you've got a great group.  In fact there are some things that 1 Cpt can handle.  I ran the Forgotten Treasury as lone captain main healer, plus a couple LMs.  Although killing the troll twins was not pretty, the rest of the instance was fine.  Also ran 2.4.7 as the main healer, with 2 burgs.  While the ranged mantis' ate me alive, we managed to get through, and it would have been smoother with LM who could control those mantis'.

5.5 would be a bit scary, but you also have NPC healers to help out.
