I am a bit reluctant to believe anything I see about MMO's still in beta, there are a few reasons for this. Having been fed all that rubbish from the likes of AoC and WAR it is bound to have an effect on your trust somewhat.
While I have no problem someone writing their thoughts about a closed beta, the fact that there are little negative things in her post about the game has me some what concerned, we all know there is no game that has had a perfect start and even those few games which have had good starts have proved over the first month to fall far short of many gamers expectations and lack the content needed to sustain any longevity for the gaming population.
My other concern is that we have not had, or been allowed any feed-back from a reliable media source to give some credibility to this game. Okay I understand it's still in closed beta but you would of thought that the developers would of started to be on the way to bringing the game to to masses shortly would want some credibility and system requirements and all the normal stuff we see in new games coming out in a few weeks.
On a more positive note some of the beta leak sites seems to be both positive and negative with their comments which allows us to see through the dark wall. I just hope we start to see some comments from the developers shortly to start verbally supporting their launch, rather than allowing the days to slip by and stumble into a game world unfinished. I would also like them to be honest and say they have to delay again if it is not in a finished state, I understand this could have further negative implications for the company but in the long run it will have more support from the gaming community rather than the game falling flat on it's face to mass trolling due to oversights...

I haven't seen any mention of it on the major leaking sites... but that'd be good news. I hope they take a few more months to fix all of the stuff that people agree need to be fixed.

Well, to be honest:
The second screen shot isn't a leaked one. It's a very old official shot. The only thing you showed is that there was an improvement of the gfx engine indeed.
From what I've gathered from leak blogs and such many of the game's features, including graphics features, are currently disabled. Players do not have the option yet of pushing all the sliders to the right. Without these features implemented of course the screenshots won't look as good as the official ones, which I imagine had the settings maxed out. I'm sure the features include antialiasing and anisotropic filtering. Don't assume that the official screenshots are bogus because the leaked ones don't look as good. Do some research and you can see that there is a good reason for this other than lies from the devs. On a side note, does anyone know where I can find the screenshots stating the game has been delayed until March 24th? That's so disappointing. I haven't been following the game for more than a month or so so I haven't gone completely anti-Aventurine just yet, but I'm getting there quicker than I'd like to.

Funny how i see screens that look good too from betaleaks blogs and such that do look good, and in one of her first articles she states she is running on default settings... hummm google the leaks, not the you tube, we all know that the vids are not perfetc there unless they are first run production vids, AoC etc.
Not all screens look great depending on systems and settings, no reall need to trash her or anyone that comes up with or with AV permision.
