Why is Aventurine not taking responsibility?

The launch is a disaster, preordering is a disaster, and most of us won't be able to play until mid march (if not later).
Why is Aventurine not being honest with us? These things DO NOT mean the game will tank though as a lot of mmo's have similar problems during launch, and given that the company that is publishing DF is probably the most unproffessional company that ever tried to make a p2p mmo, you really had to expect that this would happen to DF especially.
The problem is Aventurine is not saying "we screwed up", and keep saying its "out of their hands" and is due to foriegn factors. ORLY? Why can MANY other companies launch a game just fine without things imploding? Its because they considered the potential problems and found countermeasures for them, you guys didn't, that's your fault and no one else's. Its also your fault that only 10k-30k people will be able to play on launch, you guys ran out of money before you had time to finish the game and obtain rescources for a launch [ they really didn't use their time wisely, they seemed to have been more busy making a large gameworld than figuring out how features work together and how to impliment features (there are disgusting imbalances and HUGE problems with the features that DID make it in game atm)]

What? They just released an update saying billing was taking longer than they thought(and are adding extra days to the first free month).....and that preorders will get into the servers tonight. What more do you want?

To the op: What would an apology from them net your, or anyone else who has preordered or plan to? I would rather them fix the problem than waste time bowing to every fan's whims, but that is just my opinion mate.

Which is what alot of us said about the game when every fanboi spammed the forum about this game. And they called us haters... I would say we are realists. And we seen alot of mmo´s and we know enough to predict due to things we read and hear.

In between WoW few months AoC few months and some f2p also all very short few weeks.

Avdenturine are completely new to this business and have made a completely revolutionary MMO. Good for them.
Get over it. Myself and thousands of others will not be able to play for a few months tops, but then we will, so stop your crying.
This thread kinda reminds me of that old saying, "Armchair Quarterbacks", in the sense that everyone here is an expert in the going ons with launching an MMO behind the scenes, especially from another country with alot of various internet problems that can occur. They, of course being Armchair Quarterbacks, wouldn't realize that a ton of the problems that may occur, because of being in a separate country and having a semi-global launch, can actually be out of Aventurine's hands.
Then again, this is mmorpg.com, where if a problem with Darkfall occurs it's 100% Aventurine's fault even if it was proven to be a mouse under the troll/hater's computer desk, chewing away at the cords.

Most people didn't say it that way... I'm a "fanboy" at this point, but I knew the launch would be chaotic based on everything else. That's one of the reasons I didn't put much effort into trying to pre-order, as I figured if something is too laggy to pre-order, I can only imagine how bad it will be when it comes to playing the thing.
Having said all that, once things calm down, I will definitely play the game. I beta tested it for a few weeks and can confidently say that it is currently the most enjoyable MMO I've played since UO.
They have stated the situation all along and they were right. And you sit here whining because thats how it appears. This will be fine in the next few days no rush.

Adding subscription days to make up for time lost is an indirect admission, and if I had pre-ordered I would consider that a fair trade.
Darkfall sure has spawned a revolution alright. I've never seen trolls this dumb before. Really.
They're flooding in IRC saying this is the worst launch in the history of MMOs, just because they didn't get their pre order. Sad and pathetic? Yes.

.........and, despite another poster's comment.... I would bet most Nazis only believed in the "cause" out of utter fear or a twisted desire to enact sick fantasies..the fact that this was even referenced as a spiteful response to a fan of a particular mmo is ludicrous and disgusting. I'm sure there were lesser comparisons that would have made a clear and pointed rebuttal. Of course...this is only my opinion.

Of course it's a total failure but what else could you expect ? DFO had a lot of red flags. This epic fail is one more disaster for all MMORPGs'community. Because DFO was , in theory, our last chance: AOC failed, War failed, DFO is an epic fail, TR failed, POTBS failed, Vanguard failed.

Shame on them because they always support and pay bad or unprofessional products: so we 'll have more and more failures each year. Shame on devs, because they killed this game alone.
Another sad day for mmorpg players. But there is no surprise. A lot of red flags... do you remember ? We told you so... many and many times. One more MMORPG on the ground.
