most forum mods are voulnteers...but he claims he is not a mod so /shrug, and wont asnwer the questions what a community staff does nor why he is flagged as a mod on IRC
I asked him simply why didn't he issue a warning if I was doing something that bad. His reply was "The ban will not be overturned."
That was the end of that. So much to say he was "talking to me about it". He banned me and deleted all my posts. Now again I ask, WHY WOULD YOU DELETE MY POSTS? Unless he didn't want others to see them. Which leads me to the logical conclusion of -- I got banned for saying the game mechanics were like Counterstrike Knife Fighting.

Because you were trolling. You did not JUST say "the game mechanic is like a counterstrike knife fight". Lucky for you the forums are not up and your post are deleted....or I would show you for what you are.

A member of cty Staff has FULL POWER on forums. I've been member of Cty staff for VG sometime (that's why I laugh when VG fanbots call me a troll on the VG forums Fanbots are always the same) then stopped after the FAN faire 2008 because was disappointed by SOE. Stopped immediatly. Couldn't support anymore this game . When you"re member of cty staff you're not payed for this. But you can moderate. Most of members of cty staff are at the same time moderators, writers and correspondents. It's a hobby not a job.
