First you're lying that you can jump spin and shoot. In last patch when the skill bar is loading it blocks jumping. So after we have established you are lying, lets continue to the rest of your post. All your points that AV has patched/fixed, I was rooting for them as well. Specially magic. About sounds, they were broken in the sense that they were causing severe lag when lots of people gathered in the same area. Yes, it will be all across the board, mostly noticeable during large sieges, bit less noticable in raids (100+people), even less noticable in smaller raids (50odd people), even less noticable in skirmishes, and...what do you think?! Almost not noticable when you're generally playing! Or you believe they fixed sounds having the people who wonder around in noob areas with 90fps, in mind? lol
No I wasn't lying.
I can still bunny hop.
I was mistaken, I can't shoot while bunny hopping. For the moment. Everyone crying about people that can spin shoot didn't get saved. They're adding it back in. I was confused on the jumping timer. Or maybe you didn't notice the part in the patch were they neglected to point out that you can't shoot any more while jumping? They announced that part of the patch notes a day later.
Nor did they fix bunny hopping. I can still repeatedly jump around to avoid being hit by arrows and magic.
About sound.
I think they fixed sound for everyone.
Like me, who prior to the patch only got sound as being either far away or close. After yesterdays hotfix the sound now works the way it should for me. So yeah, I noticed a HUGE improvement in performance. Cause my sound now performce the way it was supposed to.
There wasn't just a problem with the sound and seiging. Some people were having problems with sound period.
Prior to the patch it effected everyone during a seige; after the patch it fixed it for everyone that seiged and then for those people like me who's sound didn't work right from day one.
Just like the hotbar and GUI fix. Not everyone was having a problem with the hotbar. Prior to the patch if I used the hotbar to switch weapons, it would a lot of time sheath my current weapon. It hasn't done this in two days now. Whatever they did with the hotbar fixed the problem I was having. I have yet to have a single person actually say they had the same problem; yet it's fixed now. Not everyone had a problem with sound outside of seiging, but I did.
Edit: It's not the optimization and bug fixes that make them beta patches. It's because just about every patch touches the art assets. They're still working on the character model and world. Animations, art, and core mechanics should be complete before a release; these are things you mess with during beta, and these are exactly the sorts of things they are still working on almost four months after release.
It's just most likely that they are finetuning everything and they have people that still actually care how the graphics and animations are in the game - after all this is their only game.

No,
WoW isn't "fixing" they are updating.
Huge dif.
They are giving players who have druids the ability to actually select what thier druid and cat forms look like in the next content update. They have also added new character customization options.
After 4 years this is more like ADDING CONTENT. Not fixing.
DFO has been BUILDING thier art assets for the 4 months or so the game has released. This is what is done in some early stages of beta, not 4 months after release. They aren't updating, they aren't fixing, they are building. The same goes for animations. If the game had been out 4 years I would say, ok fair enough; they are adding to the art. The game hasn't been out that long; art assets should have been finished.
Also, sound isn't fixed.
People are still complaining about it.
One, Two, and Three months ago I never got a skill up for jumping. I don't even recall seeing a jump skill.
Today I got a skill up for jumping. Now jumping has become a skill.
They've also made some other skills actually do something when they level, that didn't previously. Like revive.
They are still building the skill system four months after release.
Yet Tasos said that the game was 100% feature complete and ready a year ago.
I don't want to interrupt your narcissistic personality disorder attack , but you haven't been the only person complaining about it and suggesting changes.
I don't think it's narcissistic at all. I think what Fariic is doing is what more people should practice around here:
Speaking for themselves, and not for everyone else.

Careful Mike, if you speak for yourself too much around here and don't sing the praises of DnF you either get banned or warned by the March and newer join date Mods that seem to be pro DnF and out to get anyone that speaks out against it.
