It'll fit into any size case, any standard case will have plenty of holes for the risers of all size Motherboards so don't worry about that.

Well my "full" sized cases will mount a Micro ATX board no problem.  You just end up with a lot of room around the board is all.  Normally there is one set of mounting screws (far right looking into the case) that they don't use as the board isn't as wide.

So it shouldn't be an issue... the only issue would be a full sized board in a Micro ATX case.

No the CPU will come with a stok heat sink fan and the antec 300 has 2 fans for airflow in the case. You might want to also purchase these extra sata cables just incase they don't provide enough with the motherboard.

Now the fun begins :) Please post here if/when you run into any road blocks, rarely does it go right without a hitch first time. Also have you downloaded windows 7 RC and burnt an ISO disc yet? That's if you want to use a free 64 bit operating system, if you don't have vista already.

It will run them all at decent FPS, here is a review click. as you can see it runs everything whilst struggling with crysis (but they all do) so you would have to lower settings when playing that. Personally I think it's a pretty powerfull rig when it comes to gaming, not bleeding edge obviously but it still packs a punch and can deal with pretty much any game.

One more thing before I buy. I know you said the micro motherboards are compatible with the case, however on Amazo it says,

"Supported Mainboards: ATX" on the website there is no micro ATX? are they compatible still

I'm also upgrading to this card

Micro ATX is just a slightly smaller board. All ATX cases supports Micro but not the other way around.

Wait, that link is a Radeon 3870, the 4770/9800GT or whichever you were looking at before is better than that card if that link is to the right item. You should stick with the 4770 or 9800GT.. if you already ordered it you should have time to change the order though.
