2. To posters feeling the need to state how f2p really isn't f2p: Players understand the concept. You aren't privy to some secret the rest are missing. You're embarrassing yourself.

weird - but from what i read on their website you only get 500 points for the cash shop as opposed to fileplanet and that cash shop is expensive would subscribe myself if i continue to play
Well, is it really so expensive? Knowing that you can earn Turbine Points for questing (especially on elite - biggest favor), I'm not so sure.
But, VIP sub gives you 500 TP to spend... So it's a pretty good deal. You can spend those later in Free to Play model, buying what's most essential for you. I will do it for Guild Charter and character slots, probably. Then go F2P again and slowly buy out whole game.
true forgot about earning points managed to get 50 doing something - - - not sure what that was now but it definitely wasn't doing something elite
Hehe, yeah, there are "bonus" points for various accomplishments : ). Some of them pretty soon, in Khortos... Just imagine spamming new characters (get TP, delete character, make another). Well, it's not very "fun" but entirely possible I think.

Just go to Fileplanet and get a beta key.
If WoW = The Beatles
