Luckily v1.5 added a ton of quests post 30, or so I've been told.

So we'll see when the game's released if it's true or not.

Unless it really slows down by a lot this game is on par with what I remember Wow on release. I get the feeling from most forums I read that the new generation of gamers want everything easy, fast, in the least amount of time needed. The problem with that is I find it very boring and most online games these days seem to follow that pattern. :(

I think you missed the point of the post, the issue isnt it being easy or not but a lack of early lvl quests. In addition I found none of the quests to be particularly immersive, even the main quest line that I followed. The only interesting bit was a navigated flight through the Abyss. I find it odd that the initial quests are like this but I guess having played a variety of othre games over the past few years the initial quests have been amazing in comparison, (lotro for example) but i dont see the point in contining to discuss this, in fact using this forum at all because it seems any opinion anyone says comes with people insulting my mental capacity, being abusing, changing what is said and basically not understanding the principal of discuss.

How is there a lack of early level quests?  There are enough to level through just doing quests. I think that's the reason some are getting frustrated is because saying there aren't enough quests to level and you're forced to grind least prior to lvl 20 (haven't made it further yet) just isn't true.  I'll agree that I found the main story of LotR much more compelling but to be fair most of the other quests outside of that were the same old kill x mobs or gather x items and that game has quite a resource to use while this game is their own "unique" creation.

I gotta say overall I'm not real impressed with this game but some of the things being said about its faults are either extremely exaggerated or simply not true.

    1. For god's sake mmo gamers, enough with the analogies. They're unnecessary and your comparisons are terrible, dissimilar, and illogical.

    2. To posters feeling the need to state how f2p really isn't f2p: Players understand the concept. You aren't privy to some secret the rest are missing. You're embarrassing yourself.

    3. Yes, Cpt. Obvious, we're not industry experts. Now run along and let the big people use the forums for their purpose.

If I'm not mistaken some cutscene are not added atm in game (Unless they were added in the last few beta sessions)

Yes it doesnt matter if you get a quest to kill x number or you just grind x number...but why they heck are grind quests the only things they can come up with, even runescape could do better than that. And bloodaxe if you dont like discussion then dont use forums....

Huh? All I told you is like the rest is pointing to you but if you can't get it then there is some serious problem my friend...

The first time i ran a bit dry on quests was on level 16. I focussed on quest goals primarely and therefor didn't kill many mobs to get to my target ... i think that is a reason i was "low" on xp, as mobs give quite a bit xp.

I got into a party and we raided the elite camp (black claw village) for two hours to finish campaign quests, get good xp, nice loot and more important .... fun !

In those 2 hours i gained almost 3 levels and not 1 second considdered it to be a grind.

I can not imagine though that you ran out of quests before 10 !!! ... only way to do that is to lose huge chunks of xp due to many deaths and not use the soul healer. If that was the case, i advise you to stay away from this game ;)
