the quests give you sufficient XP to level. You don't have to grind. if you like to grind, and if you choose to do so - you can level that way as well.
I don't see the problem.
The only problem is if you do not like to grind yet you do it. Here is an easy solution. Don't.
honestly man i don't want to start a flame war but you're only level 32 come back on these threads when your 37+ and tell me you don't HAVE to grind.
+1
FYI, here is the Aion XP curve. As you can see until lvl 35 the quest XP is fine. From lvl 36 onwards it starts to drop off fast (its rather ok till 37). About 80% of the people I know ingame (legion/friends list, etc...) are leaving at around +/- 38-39).

This chart is misleading because the amounts in the 30s are padded by a large number of low value quests. There are tons of quests that take 15 minutes to do and give the XP you would get from 5 minutes of mob killing.
Can you get that XP from questing at level 32 or 33? Sure. But you are really bad at math if you really think its an efficient way to do things.
There are some quite high value quests due to money or items mostly and a very very few with good xp. For the most part after level 22 or so 80% of quests are literally a waste of your time. Some of them are actually bad to do as they cause you to spend too much money traveling and give shit back.

I got sucked into Darkfall - all WoW type MMOS now seem like preschooler level play...
ROFL.
Considering the first post, this thread was the best laugh I had this week
Thanks for the fun OP
Anyone who reached level 32 and still thinks having a full quest log matters for crap is not real bright.
