I will not agree with you there.
It's the capital and sov teams who fabricated utter bullshit. There are some very nice adjustments and changes in dominion, like the fleet finder, bulletins, ship adjustments etc.
However, the main parts, sov and capitals, are extremely horribadly made.
I only just started playing the day that Dominion started. That was sort of frustrating... but I just started up like 20 hours or skills and hopped off, after doing like 5 beginner Military missions.
When I logged back on, there were two new tutorial-level Agents - exporation and advanced military. I dunno, from that alone I would say good job to CCP, but then, I don't have much end-game stuff.
I am playing EVE and it's alright... level V skills are a bit much.
You all need to learn to spell.
I am not trying to point out who is there to be blamed, at the end the main responsibility is on management.
There are surely exeptions and small features that are nice but those I would consider as little personal achievements, nothing like the expansion flag ship or the management of the expansion itself.
So to me, those expansions are a failure of management thus failing as a whole.
Ya really. You'd think people would want be a little more original. Everything on the net these days involves "fail", "epic", "this", "QFT', and list goes on. It's like the people in real life that still use the cliche "at the end of the day". The translation to this is "hey everybody listen, I'm about to utter something profound". Let it go, it's incredibly tedious to have to listen to 10 people everyday using the same cliche.

This! QFT! It's an epic fail to use stupid cliches like these. But, at the end of the day, rants like these won't make a dent in trying to get people to be more original.

Edit: Yeah, I loathe the term "toon" too, I absolutely refuse to use it.
I was hoping for a real epic fail topic all i got was a topic where a dev agreed there was probably a problem and asked players to bugreport a diffacult to reproduce problem

That i can agree with. Whoever let CCP Nozh do capitals needs to seriously reconsider his style of management. And whoever allowed the sov team deviate from the original vision in the way they did deserves a spanking.
The Op's fail thread to explain the fail of Eve's fail is a failure to me.
