Heh. They all sound good to me. I may just decide to get all six of them (well, actually 7 using two accounts - one for Fed and one for Klingon ). I do have a question though for anyone who may know (if not, I'll ask on the Trek forums)... are multiple bonus items usable on the same account or does each need to be used for a seperate account? That will surely influence my decision as to how many I purchase.
You know you are part of the problem, right?
Spending hundreds of dollars on a game that hasn't even released is playing right into the current MMO business model.

That I may be, but I don't base my buying on whether or not I can change the MMO and gaming business landscape. I make my purchases because I like to play MMOs and have been a gamer all of my life. I play to relax and enjoy myself. When and if I have a problem with a company then I'll be the first to engage them in dialog, and that failing, I'll fight tooth and nail and crusade endlessly.
If I decide to buy just one or multiple copies of a game is not going to make any real impact on the business model, especially since if I DO purchase more than one puts me in a rather rarified group of gamers since the vast majority will only buy one or two at the most.
I want a Borg on my crew....might help me fight them....but then again that armour might be handy....and hey The Enterprise!!! wow recommissioned from the museum.....Tribbles!!!!...nah you know what happens with them. Ahh geez decisions...decisions.
I love how most of the pre-order items are aimed at those that want to play Federation and only 1 thing if you want to play Klingon.
Much like the ships available in game. 24+ for Federation, 2 for Klingon.

Well pyrate, we simply just haven't been given the information on all the klingon stuff yet.
As far as preorders in Canada, I live in Canada and I've preordered through amazon.COM they have said they will ship to my address (in Toronto), so if you don't mind waiting a day or two shipping you can go through that. Otherwise perhaps call amazon and find out what they say. The storefront shops should have preorders (though I've never been successful with bestbuy).
Also, for not only Canadian but all non-us fans, Steam is a viable option.

Let me see if I can paint the perfect customer for Cryptic and Paramount:
In the first day out, I am decked out in my DS9 uniform (CE) standing tall on the bridge of my TOS Constitution Heavy Cruiser (Gamestop) giving a loving stroke to my faithful pet Tribble (Best Buy). My new tachical officer "One for Sixty Nine" approachs to give advise on my new Multi-Spactial Personal Shield (Direct2Drive) as she is my "Liberated Borg" consultant and Bridge Officer (Amazon.com). She tells me the shield is resistant to most forms of range attack except maybe my TR-116 Micro Transporter Rifle (Target). I am pleased and give the fluff ball another stroke.
I ask her, "We ready to set course for Gorn space?" She replys with a start that makes her unique nanotechnology augmentations pulsate,"The Chromodynamic Armor (STEAM) is just now equiped and ready but I am not sure if the crew is prepared." "Don't worry Sixynine, I got extra training ahead of this game (Wal-Mart) lets go trash those green noobs."

You must have more money than you know what to do with if you plan on spending 300+ dollars on a game whose quality is at best an unknown factor, especially since Cryptic just released C and that hasn't made a good impression for lasting gameplay. Anyhow, I think there is a very good chance all these items will end up in the cash shop, in which case you've probably wasted a lot of money.
Going from what Cryptic has said, its pre-order special has its own code, and you can use them all together (including adding in the extra time for additional game purchases). Of course, if you plan on using all of those and having two accounts, then you'll need to buy separate boxes for the Klingon stuff (you can probably get a good bit of those as a Klingon, I'd think, then again...maybe not).

I dont care about this pre-order fluff but only 2 ships for Klingons shown? And this is 2.5 months before release?

As far as i can tell just the gamestop item could not be used by Klingon. I am hopping that the code you get will infact provide the klingon ship of similar class

Most MMO players are. Major ones.
Note that I do not mean 'Yankees'.
Actually according to census figures (like this one), the majority of MMO gamers might actually be from Asian countries.

Another too-early-release MMORPG it seems.
