Can we trust NCSoft to deliver after what happened with Aion?

These flashy trailers and amazing graphics seem all to familiar to me, and after the huge letdown that is "Aion" what is going to stop NCSoft making the exact same mistakes in B&S? How are they going to make their terrible customer support and other problems better by releasing a new title?
I would really like to think that Blade & Soul will be a great game but I can't help feeling that it's going to go down the same road as Aion.

Not sure, while B&S is a new upcoming game, Aion is technically still in development as well. I am alluding to Aion 3.0 here. Yes, NCSOFT needs better customer support, also they could at least some form of tech help for people with issues. I say they need a comment box.
I really don't know if NCsoft can even design a game properly anymore after the big Aion fiasco. They made a great game with obviously stupid design decisions. A couple examples being, no lvl 41-50 mobs in the abyss, and no rifts in the 44-50 zone.
Blade & Soul looks good in trailers as Aion did, but i have lost faith in NCsoft. I will surely wait and see some videos and player reviews before trying this one.

I am looking forward to Blade & Soul because its bringing a different style of MMO. I have grown tired of the same old swords and sorcery level up raid mmos and the whole sandbox thing is a total joke. I like the idea of a sandbox mmo but these games that claim to be sandboxes are just horrible so Blade & Soul is my something different that I am looking for..
I think they will have a real hit with Blade & Soul.
I'm not sure what Aion fiasco you all are talking about. Don't assume that just because you didn't like the game that other people feel the same.

No, well I believe you guys might know Aion 3.0 as Aion Vision.
This "Vision" is giving people a look at aion that they haven't seen before, they are completely revamping the game, even down to gameplay from what I saw from the video. I think this is why the members of G-Star said they were worried about Aion being their competition.
Have to agree, what is it about Aion that has you concerned?
Will B & S have lots of bots? Probably.
Will the customer support get better. Probably not.

I played Aion but quit, not because of any game related issue, but because of the fact that NCSoft almost seemed to refuse to give feedback to people's issues on their own tech forum. I really liked Aion, and I could definitely still be playing it now, but because of that I dont think I'll ever play a NCSoft developed game again.
If you stand VERY still, and close your eyes, after a minute you can actually FEEL the universe revolving around PvP.
I too would like some curious beans.. What fiasco? What happened? Did I miss something? What trust was broken? Did NC sell all account details?

For those of you still playing Aion, its going to change, a lot.
To be honest i dont think Aion has failed like some say it has a fantastic population , and sure there is a grind but its a beautiful game, and sure there was server problems but to be honest i didnt expect Aion to be as wanted as it was like i was very suprised and So were NC..
And its a learning process they have made the mistakes and they are going to fix them asap, the game wont go like WAR, or AOC (AOC is a great game, just it took to long to get back on its feet, and the servers tell that). Aion has a great team behind the game and well from these mistakes Blade & Soul will hopefully be a good game. And when Aion is improved some what ill come back to it,
Most people who slag the game of are trolls. and well they wont appreciate any MMO that comes out because their Mind set is already on hate.
don't all MMORPGS change? Isn't that the charm of them, they evolve over time? Yes some make drastic changes (NGE) some make subtle changes, and some become great great games like EvE.

To be honest im not sure what is changing im sure this was topic was posted just to bash the game to be honest.
But hey i liked Aion, Just didnt have much time to play, And well teh bots never really got on my nerves just the spamming which was fixed with block when i logged on i had two people that was it all the time which took 10 seconds to stop,
And well yeh if the grind is fixed a little and i can level abit quicker then ill come back just i dont have the time to grind for hours on end i have a life. XD
Dude you don't make sence you say it yourself that aion has bots/spamm/grind and you say its good game.
