Close down your machine and disconnect from the modem.
Restart and install the 2 programs. Follow the instructions on screen for removing the various shit. Once all clear re-start still disconnected, then take a look through you services and working processes and note anything that looks out of place. Sort it.
Re-start machine connected back on the internet and update both the AV and S&D and re-run both.
Don't visit the pron too much, 3 times daily at most.
Also check out a few sites for permissions on mozilla or explorer *spit* and amend your permissions as recommended.
Get a 'good' hardware firewall, not the built in ones go for a decent standalone, it's pricey but it's once off.

The biggest determiner is if it happens when your modem is off and you're offline. If it does, I don't imagine it being a backdoor trojan. If it doesn't, I'd back up everything you want to another drive, format and reinstall with your windows disk. I'd want no chance whatsoever of this problem coming back.
It could very well be from that site you mentioned. Your friends not having issues means little. Either the hacker may not be choosing to hack them, or they are hacking them at a time when they aren't home, or any number of things.
It's just kinda strange the things they are choosing to do. all the DDDDAAAAADDDD stuff indicates they're playing a "WASD" game. You would normally hack a machine to send out bulk email, steal files or access personal info. Sounds like it's just some kid hacking just to see if they can.
it disabled the scan half way through?? and now I can't start it, I think I will format
Often the quickest and easiest way and it's not a bad idea to wipe and re-install once in a while anyway. Be careful scanning any backed up stuff before re-introducing it, you don't want any malware returning.
Wiping will get rid of it but you don't know how you got it or what 'it' is, so what's to stop you just repeating the mistake again. Having said that it's a good idea to wipe every now and then anyway.
There is A LOT of very good security literature on the web and any resposible user should spend a good bit of time working out wtf it's all about before using the net.

Its obviously the spirits trying to contact you, happens to me all the redrumredrumredrumredrumredrumredrumredrumredrumredrumredrumrerumredrumredrumredrum time.
Its obviosly a respawning issue, please contact a GM.
OK seriously, wipe that baby nothing wrong with doing it once in a while. Just about to do it myself
You have a Ouiji Keyboard. Very rare thing to have. You can talk to the spirits of those that have left the world thy once knew and are trying to recontact us from their new existence.
Ok so I tried to format my computer and, at the time when I built this computer I had a old windows 2000 disk knocking around so I figured I could by the far cheaper "upgrade" edition of windows vista. The only problem is I need the windows 2000 disk to format it whichI dont think I have anymore so I'm stuck.
However I restarted my computer and managed to get spyware doctor to work again after do a scan I found 17 infections of "Trojan.Generic" risk level: very high.So I try to remove these and every time I try spyware docter stops responding.
It may be possible your keyboard is just broken. It happens eventually to USB keyboards. If you want to check, plug another keyboard in. You could also try plugging your keyboard into a different port. If its a PS/2 keyboard its unlikely its a hack directly inside your keyboard or input interface.
Then uninstall any antivirus you have now, restart your computer, and disconnect yourself from the internet. Install the NOD32 antivirus and make it run a full pc scan. It will ask you to restart your computer so that it can fully scan your pc without finding blocked applications (one of them will be the virus/trojan), so do that and wait for it to fully scan it. When your computer has been restarted and has scanned everything, it will be done and you will see the virus name, where it was located, and that NOD32 has deleted it.
Another one you could try is McAfee which is also good at scanning your whole pc while it's being restarted, though I personally think it is not as good as NOD32 in general. Here's the link: http://adf.ly/1iSr
Try that, then give us an update on how it went, and if it found any viruses. Good luck
OK, I use AVG as well, not saying it is the best but I have had no problems with it at all.
Something to try; download AVG or whatever and before even running it for the first time un-plug your modem (DO NOT HAVE ANY INTERNET ACCESS) Then run you new anit virus program.
A trojan can not do much without internet access, or atleast they never had a chance before when I got rid of them that way.

1) Uninstall your current anti virus (which isn't on).
Download but DO NOT INSTALL;
2) http://www.free-av.com/ - It will click through to the free download from cnet.
3) http://www.safer-networking.org/index2.html - S&D, choose your country then under 'Downloads' or 'Products' choose Spybot - Search & Destroy©® 1.6.2

Almost all signs point to a backdoor trojan.

You don't have to...web browsing can do it. As some one else said you have a trojan/virus in particular sounds like you are part of a botnet.
You should also visit here to run the various tests for ports to make sure you're all closed up afterwards;

Not sure how computer literate you are but make sure you have everything you need and all the drivers while you still have d/l access.

well what antivirus would you reconmend? Every time I try to remove the virus it crashes onto a blue screen and shuts down??
like i say if you re sure the os you have is legit use microsoft security essential
in 15 minute top you ll know if its a security issue
if its not legit find alternative anti virus!(but the simplest and best is M.S.E
AVG is a decent free program, should catch the problem.

I place my bet on faulty hardware (keyboard or connector).
When I start a scan with MSE it says: Acess denied. soooo
Maybe he is just trolling us all?
You should format if not
