I had a hell of a time getting the patcher to work, fortunately I found an old forum thread that gave me a solution. My problem now is that after quitting the game and attempting to restart I literally cannot find the launcher. I've had similar problems with Vista before, but I have always found a way around it. I can see AOC in Programs and Features (for uninstalling programs) in the Control Panel, but I can't find any sort of launcher or file that can get the game going. Closest I can get is to setup the whole game again after uninstalling.

I did find a forum thread with someone who had this issue, but the only 2 replies were from people who had the same problem. Where is that damn launcher, lol? This is such a silly thing to hold me back, any help would be appreciated.

Not a clue but you should start a new topic as your post is quite lost here...

It's the most visceral MMo out there.  I feel part of the combat.  I have to constantly position myself to make my abilities land on the most mobs.  I have to active block or run away to survive.  I have to CC, run, regen health, and kill the last mob.  I get killed a lot (which is a great thing).

All in all, it the one MMO where I "feel" the game around me.  Though I enjoyed WoW back in the day, I would say WoW is the opposite.  Graphics wise, it's the anti-wow.

Music, Scenery.  Never got far in the game, but I've been through Conalls Valley.. which was just gorgeous.

The box art was pretty cool.

Vault-Tec analysts have concluded that the odds of worldwide nuclear armaggeddon this decade are 17,143,762... to 1.

The combat- there is so much little details in the eye candy. Just watch when you get kicked by a horse on a bridge how your character will swing his arms helplessly. There is a lot of small details to look for in the game. Someone really cared about this when it was programmed.

The content- the content for PVE is now all there. When I quests I feel like I am part of the zone I am in and the Hyborian lore embraces my character and gameplay.

Music- not enough can be saidf about the fantastic music this game has.

Sounds- the sounds are spot on and works really well with surround sound. I can hear the beast behind me or the slashing that occurs from my left speakers to the far right behind me. 5 stars.

Craig Morrison- I am not a mindless fan boi but since this guy took over the game has turned around. He really took his teams and pointed them in the right direction. The suport is better as well. Hes a good leader and did the same with his time spent for funcoms other game called Anarchy Online.

Graphics- The old and new artwork has not declined in this game like many other MMO games do over time.

And most of all...TNA and the community.
