I wanted both Dragon Empires and Mythica to come out. I don't know which I was going to play, but both looked like they had solid game designs and a well developed team of developers.

it seemed pretty cool idea too... it was supposed to be a "horror MMORPG" with an old school western feel...
also it used a couple neat little systems like FPS style aiming for ranged weapons (such as shotguns/pistols) instead of the typical stat based accuracy (although im not entirely sure how it worked... could have some stat influence)...
anyways Priest looked like a fairly descent game and i think it could have attracted a descent audience too... wonder why they called it off =/
i hear it's gone commercial in Korea (or something Asian like that)...

I had bought the demo a while ago for like $0.01, and decided to donate it to the Salvation Army along with some other games, cause its the only MMO that I have on hand that hasnt been used already. Oh well, they are still getting GTA 3.

Bring Earth and Beyond back!!!! After I spent all that time on it, they cancelled it!! I hate EA now. It had a good community, I was in a good guild, and was finally able to hold my own against they aliens. what were their names again?!

UXO and Mythica were the 2 that I was most looking forward to. This is what happens when good games are backed by huge companies that don't understand the market that well. Microsoft got scared over the quantity of MMOs coming out, so they ducked out completely, giving basically only server space to Vanguard - no real backing beound that. EA thinks that UO is the only MMO they could ever make to be profitable, so they gradually cancel everything else that is currently out or in progress to devote more resources to a very old game.
Yeah way also looking forward to UXO and Mythica also it seemed these two titles promiseda refreshing no force group aspect.
And what the heck has happend to Gary Gygax Lejendary Adventures Online LAO? the forum must be down since august now and i have not found anything offficial yet ;(

Voting for E&B here. Yes, I did quit playing it, because it really needed some work and more content. But dang what a good start they had. I miss my shiny pink ship with those huge nasty ass looking guns. If you could only combine the good parts of E&B with the good parts of Eve.
