The majority of current specs dont even spec to the 51 points needed for the last skill in a given tree any how.
lol, what the hell are you smoking. Unless I'm miss reading you just said most specs don't take the 51-point talent. Unless you're doing some PVP spec I have NEVER seen a spec that did not have the 51-talent.
