Sorry to be off-topic, but I was hoping someone here could offer some help. I've already sent a ticket but I figure it could take a few days at least to get a response.
So, I was able to download and patch the game fine, however when I go to launch it always gets stuck at "loading armor" and I get a small message window that simply says "message" at the top with no message inside and the game either stays frozen or just shuts down completely.
I've tried running as administrator but that had no effect. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hmm, try this:
from the launcher, click the 'options' button, then click the 'client integrity scan' button on the bottom-left. Let it do its thing (it might take awhile) and see if it helps.

Thanks, I'll give that a shot.

Thanks again for the suggestion, Funkmasta. I had one damaged file that was repaired, but unfortunately I still have the same issue. I'm gonna keep at it though, really want to give this game a spin.

In that same options menu, you might try reducing the graphics setting as well. That can sometimes help.

Yup, that did the trick. Thanks for the quick help, guys.

good to hear, have fun!
Now, slapshot, I don't think Black Opal, the amazingly effective new community manager, would do something like slip up and confess his identity on his shill account. He's far too brillaint and dashing to make such an error, that silver-tongued rogue.

Yeah. The new CM is American and I have it on good authority that he's a regular on here as well
Should be something soon though! I can't wait!

And what authority is that? Because you made the exact same claim for the old CM.
It would surprise me if both CMs wern't posting here, or atleast keeping an eye on the community. Kinda part of their job.

I agree - it wouldn't exactly be a big deal if they were. The CMs of other games have done so on this site and others.
