Super jump in City of Heroes/Villians.  I run around and jump nonstop anyways so it is perfect for me, love it.

Oh, just to play along with the spirit of the thread, my favorite skill is:

    TAB

    /slap

    TAB

    /slap

    (repeat often)

"I have only two out of my company and 20 out of some other company. We need support, but it is almost suicide to try to get it here as we are swept by machine gun fire and a constant barrage is on us. I have no one on my left and only a few on my right. I will hold." Whatever skill that may be, it's gonna be one seen in GW2, that's for certain. But as for most games, I love a good lifetap.

Fear, because no matter what game or character it's on, it's OP for PvP.

My favorite skill is "sample DNA" from SWG pre NGE, combined with the rest of the bioengineer skills. You never knew what you where going to get as a result from combining different creatures DNA.

Perforate Artery (DAoC) -  A powerful "from stealth" move that not only did a ton of damage to low armored targets but also has a badass animation wherein the shadowblade/nightshade/infiltrator did a full body rotation - dragging their dagger across the targets throat, and then spinning around and burying his other dagger in the targets chest. Such a great animation, especially considering the game was so old.

Dont actually know what the skill is called, but the Bounty Hunters jetpack powered uppercut in SWTOR just looks awesome (clicky - at about 2:10) I swear it looks just like a Shoryuken from Street Fighter!

EvE - Genetic Engineering: Has been in the game since 2003 and still doesn't do anything...

Edit: I got the skill at creation and got it to level 5 in the summer of 2003 in the hopes that it would be related to higher tech's.

Wow. I was watching the ad at the beginning of the video saying, "that looks awesome!" and then it kicked into the GW2 gameplay and my thoughts turned to, "this looks boring."

To answer the question, though, CoH Howling Twilight from the Defender's Dark Miasma tree. It was just awesome in every way. In an easy instance it offered mass debuffing. In a hard instance it was reserved as a resurrect power and was the only team rez in the game. I had teleport friend so in a wipe situation if I was able to get away I could teleport my whole dead team into a group, pull a bad-guy, cast Howling Twilight, and watch all the lifeless bodies get pulled up by the smoke and everyone comes back to life at full capacity and we're good to go. And since Dark Miasma was not the most popular healing tree I would inevidibly get the, "HOLY CRAP" responses from the people who hadn't experienced it, giving me the God complex that I definitely did not deserve! lol

Easily my favorite power ever in an mmo. If only I still liked CoH. :(

I was pleasantly surprised when I went from Apprentice to full 5 star Elite in under 2 months. I was pleasantly surprised again when I went from Elite to just barely Hardcore in 2 weeks. Apprentice, here I come!

    top of mind:

    leet form - AO

pulling out and eating someone's heart (and fatalities in general) - AoC

stealing - Shadowbane.  i was never a thief, but this one skill actually made the class totally reviled to the point when someone woiuld see one and yell "thief" and everyone would jump to kill then. i'm not one for hardcore pvp, but if you're gonna have it, you MUST have stealing, very few games actually got htis right.
