CE = 50 bucks and statue = 100 lolol thats kind of steep for a game o-o that kind of money i could buy atleast 2 CE's of any other game with just as much stuff.. though i sure the CE is worth the money sorta if you assume the statue alone is 100 bucks on its own..
but i really cant see people really paying out 150 bucks just because they can and want a statue.. but again as others have said.. maybe will... OCD is a horrible aflection
what worries me seriously is if they are this greedy now how greedy will they be with the cash shop and the subscription.
How is it greedy? Like I said the Figurine, if you tried to get it by itself would set you back at least 60.
I cant afford the collector's now, so i'll just deal with it. It doesnt mean they are greedy, it just means they want their collector's edition to have some kind of status behind it, ya know for people who like to collect stuff.

Woah. What's with trying to use common sense around here?
I mean it's not like Bioware is going to have a standard edition, a digital edition and digital deluxe edition as well. No if you can't afford $150 then you can't play SWTOR obviously.
If they have another version of the CE I doubt the price will be a big deal, if they do not however I think it will end ugly for Bioware/EA.
probably will be a digital collector's edition through origin, with all the ingame perks or something.
Not sure that'll do it to calm the masses, I think a lot of people want some of the physical stuff too, but don't want to shell out the money for the the toy.

Well if they don't have without the statue and about 50 bucks cheaper it looks like its the digital deluxe version for me. Jesus how long will that take to download I wonder..
Not only am I buying the CE, but I'm taking 2 weeks off from work when it releases.
$150 is pennies these days, really.
Just an observation and strictly my opinion, looking at other new games, 150 would pay for the standard game and six months of game time not including the first month. While price is relative, $150 for a CE edition is more than most.
soo basicly what people are saying is. I think I have that with video games. I should seek help, but I won't. As long as i can still eat and donate the extra games. I think I will be ok. With the CE it is "I wana get that i wana get that I wana get that".

I am pretty much just into games and the few CE I did buy (years ago) usually just came with crap that collected dust at the pc desk or under something creating extra clutter but I am seriously considering buying this one.

Most CE's I have seen are around the 80-90 range. Got two from WOW sitting here looking at me.
"If we both want the game do we have to pay with both our kids?" Because we only have one first born. Any input?
Well I just checked with the managment and here is what they told me. Since your wife gave birth to both children she could trade the first born in for the CE. If you want one sir, YOU will have to give birth to a child as well. Damn bureaucratic red tape.

Yeah, I'm not all that interested in the statue so I hope there's a version without the statue.

I'm still debating getting the CE, the key fob is something that I would really like to have.

nice
Not only irresponsible, but ridiculous to consider that $150 is pennies these days for a video game.

My wife just asked a very good question:
"If we both want the game do we have to pay with both our kids?" Because we only have one first born. Any input?
Edit: Reply to Torn51's post
Well it's wouldn't be fair fr you to split your first born in half now would it?

I have a feeling we will know by tomorrow if this is legit or not.
Nevermind. It is legit. The official forums have pics of the case and everything.
