This is for the benefit of both true (as in, not vultures) PvP players and PvE players.

From the first page, I know. But I felt it had to be stressed again.

Not strictly true.  There are also dynamic events in the WvWvW area.

Just like they're in the dungeons.

They seem to like putting dynamic events all over the place.

Well they said nothing at PAX...

BUT for all we know their lying so were super suprised when its annouced!!! But we NEED a bone. I NEED TO PLAY THIS YEAR PEOPLE I NEED TOO!!! I've already come up with guild names, character names, and whom of my friends are buying the game...

I mean this is what the time line should be...

Gamescom: Over than whats already coming... Closed Beta Tesing at the end of September.

    Rest of time line!

In september  they reveal the last profession and the rest of the dungeons, Close test it for 2 weeks any problems make it 4, they probably don't even need that much time because I remember hearing that team members are playing the game regulary so only a few bugs or exploits would need to be fixed. Right after closed beta testing do an open beta. In the beginning of November, after which we'll see a end of November/ December release date!

Thats what I HOPE is coming...

So many questions, and I hope we get to some very interesting answers.

These are very interesting times, indeed.

Which can be a confusing way to put it.  We're talking open public instances, right?  Or private team instances?  That can be a huge difference in how "open world" an instance feels.

    When I want a single-player story, I'll play a single-player game. When I play an MMO, I want a massively multiplayer world.

WvWvW isn't an instance, its a zone. It is persistent.
