playing the beta will ruin the game experience for you when its released, you'll be bored of it before it even launches so even if i got an invite i wouldn't play.
Yeah if you treat it as a free trial but for people like me who really want to give genuine feedback and squash bugs..playing it through again on release won't be a problem. Moreover, every class has its own personal storyline so lots of replayability. you can pick a different class for release.
Ive been in beta for almost a month and I dont log in anymore for this simple reason.
If I were to get an invite , I would only play long enough to get a basic feel for the game, report any bugs, and just basically get my bearings on where things are located. Then I would play with the character creator for a few days waiting for launch.
I can wait for it to launch to really dig in. I never was one to play on PTR's or do a lot of Beta testing though.I have limited time, so I prefer it to actually count for something.
Have a sense of humor, no need to get ALL MODDY ! A Simpson's quote shouldn't be worth a warning. You are lucky anyone is bothering to read this rag.

So 4 days to go and the forums shall tremble
They should have a countdown or somethin on their website for all the excitement this announcement is stirring up. Can't wait to get in.
