{mod edit} i don't have the first half the convo becuase my client disconnected and i restarted it to reconnect and so i told him i made a mistake in frustation over the game mechinics and its very hard to enjoy the game without the use of the forums and he told me pretty much no matter what excuse i come up with 1 month ban for saying the magic system is retarded that there is no way to block or dodge magic and the only response was, tough luck and goodbye and next time don't do it.
I would not care if the game didn't force you to use the forums to get things done and a 1 month ban is just extreme, i don't even care if it was one week, but 1 month with terrority control coming very soon is going to make it very hard for me since there no way to communicate ingame with people offline.
Next time i just make a alt forum account so that one infraction doesn't = ban.

As I understand it, you don't think you should be banned for multiple infractions simply because you've been banned before. Slates don't get wiped clean just because you've "served the time". the only issue i have really is how they moderate the forums, for ages now people have been complaining about how "nazi" it is in there and how horrible some of them can be.
I do agree 1 month bans are a bit harsh. 48 hours would have been enough.

if it was 48 hours, i would be rejoicng, i get unbanned 1 month from now. i would be content with 1 week or even 2 weeks but 1 month is just insane.

bans are not based on how severe the offense. they based on infractions, 3 infractions = 1 month ban then when you get unbanned you still have those infractions which last for amount six weeks at least, depending on how "bad" your offense was, mine have been there for months for just "trolling" ....they pretty much label anything sarcastic or negative as trolling, and then if you get one infraction, no matter the offense its a 2 month ban, then a perma ban.
I had 2 infractions, which have been there for amount 3-4 months now.
The GM's/Mods get my support on this one too, sorry.

Afaik, the 1 month ban is the same for everyone that gets 3 infractions, so I don't know why u think u are being victimised here.
