    Okay, back on topic.

SV stock is currently at a measley kr .16 (boittomed out low)

the 52 week high was kr 1.70 on 10/18/10

Soooooooo.... About a year ago the stock was worth more than 10 times what it is right now. Report should be coming out in Nov.

-Why is Henrik still the CEO? We know he has stocked the board with "shareholders" who own very little shares, are his friends and relatives and will rubberstamp all of his descisions. But the FACT is, the stock price has plunged into the depths and has been steadily declining since its inception.

Remember, this isnt about AV or Darkfall. This is about SV, Henrik Nystrom and how the hell he has been allowed to pillage investors money with no consequence.

Because he can be and no one can stop him short of SV closing/selling.

Intersesting. Actually, I am (sadly) in total agreement with you. He will be permitted to run this into the ground and is already probably well past the point of no return.

I am just curious why he "can", why this has been "allowed" .  At least we can be certain that after this fiasco, Henrick will not be able to manage so much as a Mc'donalds. The incompetence is astounding, and the fact that daddy hasnt stepped in to try and at least save some of the investers (other people's) money says a ton about his integrity as well, doent it?

    His track record as CEO?

Just take a glance at this press release from one year ago:  http://www.mmorpg.com/discussion2.cfm/thread/295030

    Major improvements are:

    * Support for 64 bit OS with improved memory, latest version of the Unreal Engine 3, support for Microsoft DirectX 10

    * New trees and vegetation by providing support for Speed Tree 5.2

    * Improved server stability and performance. The capacity increased by 600%. We can now add more hardware and serve up to 27 000 concurrent users in the continent called the Nave, which is quite unique.

    * Support for Adobe Flash. We can now give new players a really positive first experience and make sure that they get a chance to learn how the game works and how to act before they play with other players. Mortal Online is therefore much more user friendly for new players.

    64bit client support?

    27,000 concurrent users?

"Much more friendly to new players"?

Wow...  even a year later that stuff listed as IMPROVEMENTS already in game are nowhere to be seen...

So yeah.. most companies would have removed such a CEO.  Unfortunately he controls the majority of voting rights so there is not much that can be done.
