His home planet destroyed from the forces it had long survived along with the people that adapted and even manipulated the currents of the frozen powers that entombed it's once lush green and warm blue skies. His people no where to be called upon no distress beacons nothing.... Weak from his escape he passed out while his ship remained on auto-pilot taking him to the nearest inhabitable planet. The ship landed in a sector known as Boom town, checking the readings of the area he'd find that he'd need a recently developed device to withstand the warmer climate. in his belt a device built in would cover his form in an icy aura allowing him to breathe freely. The last of his people.. and the only one with the knowledge of the darkenss that was corrupting this world he was determined to stop this corruption. Until one day...He was nearly out of his frozen arrows, enemies still swarming around him... when she arrived,from nowhere she blasted her way into the fray.. Iced Angel.. one he learned was from his planet.

Tabitha Borden got the nickname Tizzy as a kid because she was always a stones throw away from a tantrum...often times literally. She was always a fan of blades in general but it wasn't until she ran away and joined the circus at the age of 15 did she realize axes were her calling. She became the premier axe thrower at the circus. She spent her youth traveling the world. Everything was wonderful until the circus arrived in Paragon. That as they say was the day the circus left town. The Carnival of Shadows were convinced that their travelling show was an attempt to cut in on their action. The Carnies slaughtered every performer there, until they met little Tizzy who proceded to snap and cut them down one by one. That day she vowed to keep swinging her axe until the Carnies were eradicated once and for all. Paragon is her new home, and she has an axe to grind.

This is Programm. Programm used to be an incredibly "talented" teenager, (though no one remembers his name) until his control over electricity became an obsession. A few Villains captured him, and tried to make him evil, but he had too strong of a heart. So they created a robotic suit, and placed him in it. The robotic suit gave he VIllains control over his every action. Soon, the suit wasn't enough to control Programm, and he turned on the Villains and attacked them. Being already weakened and saddened by the tasks that the Villains forced him to complete, he was destroyed. His mind was cursed to a computer chip, his soul bound to it. Eventually, a scientist found this chip. The scientist and his technicians studied and tested the chip and discovered Programm, and began building him a body. Computers and robotic arms were piecing him together, and finally, Programm awoke. His powers were drained, and he became a Hero. Working alongside other Heroes, he defeats evil knowing he is no longer human, but only a machine. A machine that is more than just nuts and bolts.
