Could say I told you so..

Exactly as I have said for the past few months Bioware and EA have zero experience with MMOS, now we are getting to see just a small part of the incompetance and lack of experience I have been warning about.

The big question now..

Are you still as big a fan now as you have been ?

    ?

I might get banned for this. - Rizel Star.

I'm not afraid to tell trolls what they [need] to hear, even if that means for me to have an forced absence afterwards.

P2P LOGIC = If it's P2P it means longevity, overall better game, and THE BEST SUPPORT EVER!!!!!(Which has been rinsed and repeated about a thousand times)

Common Sense Logic = P2P logic is no better than F2P Logic.

I've had zero issues, and I would be the majority of people have had zero issues. Seems to me that Bioware is on their way to having one of the most popular MMOs on the market. Not sure where the huge problem is.

I would say I'm as much of a fan of the game now as I was last week or the week before. Probably more so now that I'm playing the game.

I can not remember winning or losing a single debate on the internet.

I make spreadsheets at work - I don't want to make them for the games I play.

I think everyone including the fanbois will admit that the launch has nose dived and so the subscriptions will also after a month or 2.

Shame, another MMO with lots of potential...

Planetside 2 coming next year, a change of pace to an MMOFPS maybe...

I almost skipped this game altogether based on the negative comments from people who seemed to share the same MMO perspectives as I do.  But after giving it a fair shot, I really enjoy the game and think EA / Bioware have done an amazing job.

Sure there are some issues to work out but I'm confident that SWTOR will be my game of choice for quite some time.

    My answer to the OP:

Answer: Yes I'm stil a fan.

Don't sweat the small stuff. If you can't handle something like this, how can you deal with real life issues like children, aging parents, paying bills or a death in your family?

I give it atleast 4 months before the massive decline. Planetside 2 does look quite interesting...

Did you by any chance confuse this game with another one?

Been in game since first day of head start didnt had any problems at all had some queues in the evenings but nothing to mayor (1hr tops) no Gamebreaking bugs no server crashes no account setting problems ( od course i did not wait till the last day to settle it tho...am not that stupid lol) superb performance so hmmm do we really talk about the same game here?

I do not say its perfect it has some bugs (gathering bug is quiete bad imo) but once of the best MMO launches i ever had the pleasure to be part of and i am sure it will keep me entertained till TSW comes out (well hope so at least)

OhNOES! a new game has some issues at launch??? Alert the media, this is NEWS.  Give it a rest. Obvious troll is obvious and annoying. Don't like the game don't play it. Stop rubbing your hands together hoping it will fail so you can somehow feel validated.

Is this a complaint about queues? Because I saw no reasoning to back the "I told you so" argument.

    I sure the hell am.

Love the VO work. Actually listened to the storyline. Whens the last time I read quest text as I picked a quest up, in any mmo? Cant remember.

Love the companions. Love the fact they can tradeskill because I would much rather spend my time questing and Flashpointing. Love the fact the will sell my junk. Also Mako is hot.

Love Flashpoints. They arent break the mold new but the presentation is fantastic im sorry but it is. Watching 3 Sith sabers blazing force jumping in while im back shooting missles and blasters flying up in the air shooting rockets is just winning.

Love the combat. Can only speak seriously from the BH point of view and I love the style. Blaster shooting as a heal is absolutely one of my favorite heals of any mmo.

Love the world graphics and feel. Its big and vibrant and im very pleased and feel like im in a world from KOTOR. Feeling that way to me means the world is right on to what I wanted from it.

I am very pleased with this game overall. To each his own but this game suits me perfectly and I have found my game for sure. Have I seen bugs? Sure. But is my blasters firing continuously at a dead mob for 20+ seconds and even into a cutscene one time gamebreaking for me? Hell no actually I find it rather hilarious.

    No, I don't think so.

Apparently the two day grace period wasn't long enough, and a great many people failed to add a form of payment.

Chaos results this morning, with much rage.

Self-pity imprisons us in the walls of our own self-absorption. The whole world shrinks down to the size of our problem, and the more we dwell on it, the smaller we are and the larger the problem seems to grow.

I love the stories in this game, the VO is perfect and the storytelling is very well done.  I can't wait for each new story quest.  I haven't gotten this wrapped up in a MMO since my very first days in Azeroth, and even then I didn't loose track of time multiple times.

It's getting to the point I wish SWTOR had an alarm so it could remind me to eat.  Hopefully they add that feature before hordes of Anorexic gamers start falling over dead.

If you expected anything else except great storytelling and generic mechanics from Bioware you don't know them very well.  Luckily they have really really great storytelling and a fun world now if you will excuse me I have 10 wamp rats to kill.  I only wish we could have a space rat with a personal cloaking device so I could yell "Go for the optics Boo, go for the optics"

p.s. I don't think I've actually gotten a quest to kill 10 wamp rats yet, perhaps they leave that quest for Jedi scum.
