Hmm your theory doesn't work in my case purutzil. I've been playing this game since early summer. I'm aware of the flaws. They are mostly minor.

Are you still as big a fan now as you have been ?

Never was a fan of BW's concept of slapping MMO on there single player RPG.

im pretty sure most people are done fangasming after a week of play... and they are still too busy playing and enjoying the game, and posting on these forums that they are even happier with the game then they thought they would be.

so in all actuallity, what is happening is the complete opposite of what the OP seems to think. there are actually more people liking the game now, then there were before launch. fail OP troll is fail.

You win whatever imaginary prize (that fits your imaginary  "win") you feel was up for grabs.

You need to play the imaginary lottery. You are on a roll that much.

The leveling experience is fun for now but once you realize TOR has nothing else to offer is when "i told you so" comes in to play.

I give it 2 months until people get bored and quit.

and yet all you do is constantly troll the SWTOR forums... weird that you are on here so much posting negative BS drivvel when you arent playing it, and dont intend to ever play it. pretty sure that is the definition of an uninformed opinion.

Actualy i spend more time reading on this site then i do posting, i find MMORPG's to be intersting and enjoyable to play and SWTOR happens to be a hot topic at the moment and i have an opinion.

Game sucks you in I've been thinking about playing all day at work while working on computers.  I honestly have not been hooked on a mmo since star wars galaxies like this.  Though this game shares very little in common w/ swg it has me hooked and thats all that matters.  Honestly even if I only get 2 months out of the game thats longer than most every mmo that has launched to this point outside of swg, coh, and global agenda.

THat said my little group of friends is loving the game and the big difference between this and other mmo's I don't simply play to ding like most games, I simply play to enjoy the game.

So, very THIS.  I wanted Aion, Rift, LOTRO, and Champions Online to do the same thing, but none of them did.  For me, BioWare nailed it.  The produced exactly the game they were promising all along.

My answer: bigger fan today than I was 4 months ago. Bioware is not showing their inexperience in the genre, in fact they are doing a better job than most mmo veteran devs.

So yeah, I guess I'm the one who should be saying I told you so.

Really? How so? Do tell how they are doing so great or do you think mmo staggering that screwed thousands of people out of play time was a good idea or how about the fisaco that took down their website today.

Did I mention the game breaking end game exploits people are abusing heavily right now? How about the face roll content guilds are plowing through, eventhough the bosses are so bugged they are not even dropping loot?

Star Wars has made people completely blind to what a good mmo launch looks like.

You are doing here exactly what you do with Rift, ignore all the evidence that says Rift is going down like a lead balloon and SW:TOR is a great launch by saying things like I quoted. You have your head in the sand with both games Pure and I shouldn't even mention the irony in the bit I highlighted in orange.

To OP: I am sure that many people including me would like to see you explain what you mean with "I Told You So"??

Sorry I checked his post history to see if he was just talking out of his ass and it backs up his dislike for the game even before it launched, so he has a bit of credibility.

The reality is its slapping the single player RPG on top of an MMO.  Take away the story and youd still have a good MMO.
