Frankly Mushroom Mayhem are looking forward to GW2. They never were for TERA. Also that article is quite irrelevant considering what is ABOUT to happen for TERA.
TERA is in the process of receiving another massive content update in Korea. I think it would be a bit more prudent to judge the game based on the reception of that rather than its weak past.
Yes the game failed in Korea. Yes its up and down nowadays. Yes it has seen recent surges in player activity. Yes player activity will rise when they release this expansion.
Now, why are people even bothering to look at past statistics which are completely irrelevant to a different market audience altogether? The game is launching with MORE content and the promise of MORE in the West.
The majority of the issues raised in that article are resolved.
So really the only thing TERA has to worry about is competition. Unless Frogster royally fuck up, then I don't see this game doing too bad.

Here is some info just on how fast the stats changes on gametrics, 2 images taken with ~10h difference and the % changed this much, I believe that either that site is not completely reliable when it comes to statistics or its very reliable and the stats change A LOT which makes it possible Tera could have been 4th place for all we know, just saying.

I was simply disputing your assertion that Tera was never ranked above any of the games you listed. I have posted links on the second page of the thread to where I am getting my numbers. To be more specific the gamemeca link currently ranks Tera above both L2 and WoW.
