I guess the OP needs to quit the Internet then because what he says he doesn't like here is everywhere. It's not the people on this site it's the MMO companies and the MMOs themselves that are the real issue. Mostly because MMO companies hype their games to the point that they can never live up to it which leads to a lot of disappointed fans and the games themselves have mostly been direct clones of what came before with a very few differences. Until MMOs break out of the rut they've been stuck in for the last 7-8 years or so what the OP describes will be commonplace wherever MMOs are discussed on the Internet.
The rediculous thing is when you get a warning from the admin for pointing out a trolololol topic.
Report a topic to the admin if you suspect a troll. Don't point it out in the forum and accuse them personally, it'll only cause problems.
Exactly, I've been warned twice for pointing out (in the thread) that someone's trolling. Better to play it safe and report it if you care that much.
It's all fun and games until somebody loses a star. Too bad that when you have someone on block though, you can't tell when they should be reported. Clearly, not enough people have me or you on their block lists yet.
The long standing MMO crowd is bitter, I dont know if we will ever be satisfied like the olden days of gaming. I myself fall into this crowd, but I refuse to show it. Maybe in my next life I can experience the freshness of it all again.
maybe mmorpg should put in a voting system, voting down real trolling would be nice..but then again nobody thinks they are trolling around here lol. i know i troll when i'm bored, cept i don't attack games never seen the point. (now that i think about it i think i did rant at blizzard once for screwing up a patch and killing the sound to the game lol...but i don't consider that trashing the game :P)
I mean really has all this complaining, trolling whatever you wanna call it every changed anything about how devs make MMO's? do they even care about what people here have to say? i think these forums just became a place to vent for people and devs couldn't give a damn what anyone here thinks..well maybe the indy devs care but i havn't really seen major labels give a damn. i'm usually wrong about these things though :P

I can understand the feeling, OP. If you even read it. Maybe you would have needed a break rather than deleting your account. Take it easy. ^^

Perhaps I should introduce you to Reddit where at least the trolls get downvoted into oblivion so you don't ever have to read what they type.

I think its because we can't play GW2 or Diablo 3 ;-)

I think the responses pretty much sum up what this guy was talking about.
As the OP is now gone, locking this up.
