Level 27 just died in Hardcore because servers lagged out completely... I'm playing by myself... with myself.. only myself... And I die from LAG...
Took almost a full minute for me to actually fall over dead while nothing was around my character on my screen.
Spells stopped casting.. spammed healing potions.. even attempted to exit the game quickly... no luck.
THank you blizzard for wasting half my day with your epic failure of a launch....
You should have known not to play hardcore when the game is released but only till it's stabilized.

Do you think that in the future, the servers will never crash again? Ever?
After launch, when the servers do crash or go offline, will you continue blaming the users for being stupid?

If you know it's going to happen often on a NEW release, the fault is your own. Further on down the line, I'm sure they will do something to safguard against it. or the the other way to fix it is, if you know it will happen, Don't play it. Easy. If it wasn't for all the Character Hackers out there, there would be no need for it to be Online Only,

Well, that was exactly how it worked in d2, you had to take lag into account, invest into stamina and resists instead of other stats, drinking potions more often because of the possibility of lag, that a fire enchanted beast kills you from across the screen
It is simply more "hardcore" than just "completing" the game without dieing.
