Yes. Most dungeons are fairly long, especially when you are figuring out how to beat them.
So far CM storymode is the fastest dungeon I've ran. However, the explorable mode of that same dungeon (Caudecus' Manor) took us a couple hours the first time. And that was just the first of 3 paths the dungeon had.
Ascalon Catacombs was fairly similar. It was definitely harder on storymode, but the explorable was a bit easier (though also took over an hour).
I'm sure that once people get a better grasp of the dungeon mechanics (and know how to counter them), people will start being able to run some of these dungeons in 30mins, but they still take a while.
