You (Bitey) & XeO3 finnally got a warning for something its the my mod favorite "Jesse" that might be a dev or something because nothing he says can be considerd "for" the fans. Apparently saying whats wrong with Mourning is childish.

Whats bad is that there is still no answer to:
FAKE 40% Discount
TODAY starts pay-to-beta or "realese" according to the only dev on board. Servers still down this weekend (as always).
FAKE pre-orders, beta-client was sent not another build. When I pre-orderd City of Heroes I got a beta disc & got to try beta & was able to cancel order.
Getting information to billing support is not viable/doable according to fans on Mourning boards. You dont need that privilege apparently.
You must have permission from Mourning publisher if you are going to post the bad things about it (Somethingawful legal threat, mmorpg.com legal threat/private information demand).

Seriously, him and that Spoonbender guy are totally Devs in disguise, they have to be. Only a complete moron or a dev would stick up for Mourning at this point. I really feel bad for all the posts I see by people that have never been able to login, or never received any help from Ego or any of the others that could help him.
And that whole issue with the preorders costing more than the CD key at release, how will they get themselves out of this one? I read that their excuse for the higher price was that when you pay $19.95, you only get the CD key and no actual game package. But they NEVER had a game package, the people that preordered were given a Blockbuster-style rental case with the ads in it removed, and no manual or anything. This game might not be a sham, but good luck explaining that it isn't to everyone.

Well, spoon was a mod until he got kicked off the team for speaking out againist the publisher. Now he is just a fanboi, so neither the fanobis(he made fun of the publisher) nor the common sense group(now he is a fanboi?) like him.

Na I gota banned weeks ago (getafixoz) for telling people how to reverse their credit card transactions. One of the mods emailed me and said "man I dont want to ban a fellow Australian so cool it" I replied "if you had any respect for Australia you wouldnt have anything to do with these iternet fraudsters, go ahead and ban me" so he did
Now I just read and laugh....

Now the game was supposed to "lanuch" today and nothing happend.
Whats better is they are going with a new tyrant policy with their boards. They banned anyone who is speaking out now(even a little), Xeon and me where randomly banned.

Actually holidays mean special events in all other mmorpg:s. For Mourning that means nobody official posts on the board (or provide support but that isnt unique for holidays).
Choosing CCBill must have something to do with the internet-habbits of the publisher or something becuase CCbill actually is HUGE (according to some google-ing) & actually a good choice for subscriptions. CCBill themselves ONLY provide billing support, nothing else. (My main point is; if you cancel it will be cancelled. No emailing devs/publishers to know IF it was cancelled then be billed anyway).
No more wierd people posting on regular forums account for "billing support" like that MawrMawr guy did, he is gone now btw with the "cd:s are shipped"-thread. Guess to many people spoke up in that thread how it really wasnt proffessional packaging or shipment (regular postage shipping, no tracking or anything).
Only reason to watch Mournings failure/eventuall succes is not becuase the game is good or bad, its the trainwrecks that follow each decision by the publisher/dev. (There a ton of bad mmorpg:s out there, but non have lied/scammed/ripped people off like Mourning).

CCbill is not meant for mmorpgs or games. It is meant for adult enterainment sites mostly, read more they talk of "website entertainment billing". There a quite a few people still looking for refunds and that have been double charaged, yet they can't get ther money back. I'm thinking your going to have to file through Mourning to get a hold of CCbill, so its no different then the old company.
And bitey, Tiamat is back and banning people left and right. Good way to build a community.....

Nahh you can go to CCBill directly (Https address, but always type in address when going thruu link regarding credic cards). "enterainment sites" really like monthly re-accuring billing & some are really dodgy (homeless people set as legal owners etc). If a client is a porn site or not doesnt really matter since CCBill has a correct organisation (complaints department, corporate info up front etc).
But I have a feeling something will go wrong with billing again
But looking at Beta2-threads & several other threads it seems like only 200-300 actually play beta. MawrMawr said he sent about 400 packages (that thread is gone so dont have exact numbers).

Tiamat and Ego are just victims of their own collosal inteligence and sparkling personalities.
No matter how good this game was they would have ensured through their management (kind word) of the community that they turned as many people off playing it as possible.
There is no way on Gods good earth this game will get off the ground now, if it does I will eat my furry hat and send pictures of it to Tiamat with a full apology for ever doubting him. For some reason Im not scared thats going to happen.

R.I.P. Bitey and Xeo you guys were the only posters left who had any kind of free thinking abilities. It's funny to watch Tiamat ban people, cant blame him prolly just his upbringing living in a repressed third world society has probably taught him to deal with his frustrations like the communists did. Try and make them dissapear, instead of recognizing people have free thought and are not gonna be fed thier game propaganda. The only people left are 13 yearolds the lame lore writers and mods who feel important. This game will never make it but they make a few dollars from idiots before its all said and done.

A few comments:
1. Tiamat is in a holiday for medical reasons
2. I am not mod-ing the forums
This means that the bans are made by the moderators, and the moderators are not developers and/or payed by the developers. They are volunteers.
Secondly we WILL publish a box with the game and the game building tools in a few months. You must be aware that it takes 4 - 6 weeks from the moment the CD is sent from ROmania and it gets to the player so the game is old by then because of the almost weekly updates. The price for that box will be around 50Euro but this is subject to change.
And last, we officialy launched the game today. It may not be the best game on the market but it is decent and we are constantly adding/fixing things to it.
Regarding the fact that there are people that can not connect we fixed all the problems that were server related. People that can't get into the game because they have firewalls enabled and things like this.
Now you can flame on!!!!

You may want to consider offering a free trial for new members. Just how complete is this game anyway? Last I heard it still needed a lot a work and that wasn't very long ago.

I have never had to alter my firewall at all for any MMO, I would expect that any newly released MMO would atleast be able to give that level of compability.
I am not sure what you were trying to say about the mods banning, are you saying they are doing a poor job but its not your fault?
I have seen the CD's that the loyal pre-order people received and honestly that was rather laughable. You used regular postage mail to send them? Not even UPS ground so its atleast trackable and insured and people can feel a TINY bit of confidence in your methods?
I have no idea what game buildings tools are but from what I can see you pretty much burned everyone that preordered. You charged them early, THEN left the billing company that you claim is at fault for the error do the shipping and handling of the physical "product". Ontop of it you used home replication methods to make the game disc for the users and then slapped a label on it and stuck it in a plain DVD box. I am sure your fans felt very loved when they got a plain white box with postage stamps on it in the mail.
I really don't think you even begin to realize the black-eye you have given upcoming small businesses that will now try to make it into the MMO business. Especially foreign companies that will now try to break into the American MMO market. I really wish you and the rest of the staff along with your American publisher would get your act together and start acting like a responsible company. And ontop of it now you have pretty much left your fans on the official forums wondering things for days before you give some half explaining semi coherent post. And then occasionally you drop out the "We are the developers, we can't answer the forum alot cause we are working" excuse isntead of hiring a proper PR person, sorry but it just won't wash.
Now, go ahead and accuse me of being a DnL developer again.
