The jail time is fine, the problem is that you have nothing to do in there. There should be some fun activities for you to while doing your jail time. Anyway, 26 days is like... too much.
I dont have 1 buddy, im talking in plural, also i said selling mats AND book stealing so ima help you a little bit because you seem to be pretty bad at the game even though you re max level so ima use primary school math to make it clear to you ok?
Ill use 1 crafting material and the most simple gathering method. Hunting. Go to scholars, find monkeys, make sure you are rank 4 of it to make sure you are always effective. Gathering skins costs 1 of vigor and by flows of chi you have around 300 or so. With book you get an average of 6 or so per monkey. Lets do the math shall we? at 300 wen a pop(thats at what i used to sell them) that makes 540 silver liang a day. Now at scripting lets assume worst case scenario ok? 3 books which you can sell for 40 liang each that makes another 120 liang. There you already have 660 liang. Kidnap every hour for the 15or so hours you are awake and you got another 150 liang(10 liang on average). That makes 780 liang. All of this while having an alt who gahters and steals too.
There you have a worst case scenario in script stealing of 1.5D a day with 2 accounts. If you didnt have two accounts then dont fricking blame me.
Have you ever afk as free player?
Because all your XP gone down as much faster rate. especially lv 1 XP.
Free player get 266, that is true. However if you afk for like 1 hour, lv 1 XP will be 0, then you are actually only get 231 instead of 266 the rest of the time until you start to play your character again.
Thus VIP is not getting 30% more, they are actually getting more than 30% compared to free player..

I'm going to vouch for AresPL as one of the few true experts of this game on these forums. The fact that you attack him on the basis of well...anything, is hilarious. Yeah, his English is a bit broken but surely someone as smart as yourself can get the general gist of what he's saying.
The XP rate going down is just utterly and completely wrong. You lost 1 exp per 1,000 converted points into cultivation. It doesn't go down faster. What happens is that you lose about 30% of those converted points into your potential pool. So yeah, more wrong information from someone who knows very little about the game.

I wouldnt call it hidden, its true that it drop, for VIPs will drop also but lil later
same goes with earning exp, VIP have to do less to get 380 compared to non VIP for 266 yet me and friends never had problem with exp, we throw out exp pills from escorts as they arent usefull for us at all
Again, have you played as free player? Because that is what I want to ask first and you guys didn't show it.
I AFK as VIP for 2 weeks in base, my xp never gone down below 380 in all those time. NEVER happen.
However, as free player for the past 2 weeks, everytime I AFK, I get 1 hour of 266, then 1 hour later I get 231 each tick. That is a fact.
He maybe true expert, but like many others, he didn't play it as free player. And what I post is from my own experience.
72 hours does not equal 26 days.
Yes, VIP can go below 380, but the rate is much slower because the conversion speed for lv1 to lv5 XP is higher. The problem with free player is the conversion speed is lower than VIP, so a small change will make free player get 231 instead of 266 XP.
The pills from escort and Guild War is for lv 5 XP. My XP at lv 2 to lv 5 is always high with 999/999 total most of the time. The problem again is lv1 XP going to 0 most of the time, thus I get less than 266 all the time.
Again, I AFK for 2 weeks as VIP player to accumulate almost 2 millions cultivation point, then 2 week after free player, my cultivation poitn is now 1.5 million less and my culvation per tick is 231 most of the time.
If that is not hidden VIP feature, I dont' know what is. Just like Kidnap, only get 1-3L max as free player.
For some ppl, they only have like 2-4 hours per day to log in each day to play game. They don't have dedicate PC to log in and AFK all the time. Maybe share PC with family household and such.
Thus a 72 hours ingame punishment that require you to log in 72 hours and AFK maybe out of reach for them.
That's what it means.
Problem is Jail time can be exploit. Ask Empress-Wu, he puts lots of people in jail already. And I know lots of people who use jail system to eliminate competition before Guild War or just simply make others miss Script Steal event.
Yeah, the system does need a lil tweeking. They errored on the punishment side though.

I can see that it is a hard concept for you to accept that someone is better than you at making money in the game.
LOL, I don't care about underpriced, you are the one that sold books for 40L while I just want to get rid of those book, so I sold them for 10L. The problem is it still take half a week for me to sell those 10L book while you claim you can sell them for 40L. Who is the liar here?
And yes, everyone can claim they make 1.3Ding a day playing just 2 weeks. How are you able to do it? I already said there are vigor limit, so you would need to create multiple account and have them all do something like that, it will requires 4-8 hours and that is not enough to get 1.3Ding per day.
You claimed you get 1.5Ding from Book and farm materials and then tell me book steal only worth 200L in the process. Now with vigor limit for just 2 weeks, you somehow make 1.3 Ding per day.
LOL, you keep trying to make more claim and yet the reality is most people who played in the past 2-3 weeks in school chat keep asking how they make money and barely have 300L+.
It seems majority of people who play this game seem to have vastly different experience from what you said. Try harder please, it is showing what you said are untrue.

I NEVER implied the way i made money is the norm, NEVER. I used two accounts from the beggining and used up all my vigour daily, then left it only and gained back most of my vigour.

AoW is synch to the server time, so game time = "real world time". 26 days jail time is probably a mistype or misunderstanding.

You can skin moneky, but it costs vigor and with only 2 weeks, you don't have enough to skin 300. Assume you even can, it takes hours upon hours to do it and not to mention competition. Thus you have to play all days for that kind of money and we are talking about majority of people, not just YOU.
Second, the book steal, you don't sell book for 40L, most book like I said sell really low and in other to sell like you do, you need a world stall or another account to stall 24/7. Again, somehow you sell more books at higher prices than me who have 2 stalls.
Again, you are a LIAR and you failed to even know about vigor limit or the price of script. 2 weeks and make 1.5D per day? Let's assume you can do this with multiple accounts, you are not the representation of majority of new player and thus your example is extreme and shouldn't even be consider at all. You are like those people who said they make 1-2D per day and makes it sounds like everyone is doing it. The problem is again EXTREME examples and you are a liar from the start.
At flows of chi you have 300 vigour, ask any flows of chi. Thats enough to gather 300 skins.
I never said it was easy or that i was the majority, i only said i did it that way. If i can someone else can too. When did i every say i play little? i play 10 hours a day minimum, i never implied you could get it easy.
I dont use world stalls to sell to people, i find buyers that are collecting the book set and sell them to impulse buyers. I do the same with mats.
Not opposing players. There are multiple ways to PvP legally in Wushu: guild wars, school wars, spying/patrolling, kidnapping, escort robbery, dungeons, etc. No penalties there.
You only risk going to prison if you kill someone for no reason and he puts a bounty on you. This system works fine since rampant killing like the OP engaged in is very rare for an FFA game with no safe zones.
