Originally posted by MarXon No, it's all the parents responsibility. I don't care if children play the pervy game too, they are not my responsibility. And I don't plan to go around hitting on people in games so the age of the people around me doesn't bother me one bit. Children have easier access to hardcore pornography on the internet than the softcore stuff in this game, so whether the parents let their children play the game, or simply doesn't know about it, I don't care.
Well we can't quite yell at these kids parents for being on these types of games now can we?
You miss the point. You have NO SAYSO in what parents allow their kids to do. It is NONE of your business in the first place. I've seen plenty of kids that are horrible and i'd like nothing more than to have a sit down with their parents. I don't. It isn't my place to tell them that i don't think they are parenting right. I mind my own business.
i'd be more concerned about the weaponry your son has tbh, with all the gun crime going on in schools, of which America seems to suffer from at frightening levels, perhaps if less children had firearms, then less children in schools would be killed by them.
That's one viewpoint. I personally believe in education over accessability. My brother doesn't toy around with his guns. He knows what they are for, and when they should be used. I have total faith that if he walked around with one in his pocket all day, he'd not misuse it.
In my head, better he have one and be trained in it's uses for when someone breaks into his house thinking no one is home to rob him, figure out he is there, and(god forbid) try and end his life so as to save his identity. I'd rather my brother know to put a bullet in that unlucky fellow than for him to be defenseless and at the whim of a low life( who, by the way, probably has no issue with using guns himself)
I pressed the last one because the voting is rigged. You made it so one sided that you basically said hey whoever pressed the last one should be ashamed of themselves.... next time make a less biased vote... just put in yes no maybe etc don't put in your freaking opinion.
To be honest it has a rating on it, much like other games in the market. It says clearly on it "M" for nudity/sexuality. Its the parents responsiblity to moniter what thier children go to. The warning label is already on it.

Somebody, somewhere has better skills as you have, more experience as you have, is smarter than you, has more friends as you do and can stay online longer. Just pray he's not out to get you.
I don't think you realize the kind of shit kids are exposed to these days because of the internet. This is tame by comparison, I'm sure. It really is none of your business if parents allow kids to play a game like this, or if kids are playing at all. You can choose to ignore it as best you can, or move on.
That being said, the game is absolute shit, and I wish EVERYONE would move on and let the game die.
Anyway, I picked no, even with your biased poll option trying to scare me to another option. lol

This way was more fun~ see even you posted.
I also really was thinking of it as a warning- with the FBI trolling this stuff now it seemed like the considerate thing to do.

lol, you noticed that too right? I thought it was quite funny when I saw the answers. But I whole heartedly agree that I'd love playing on a server free from children.
I don't think there are any adults that want to play these games with kids, aside from possibly their own. :P

A warning about what, if I legally play a game I am not legally responsible for other people playing, so why do you need to warn us.
In fact it would even be safer for a paedophile to groom a kid on a mature rated game like this than on something like WoW or Wizard101 as they could have plausible deniability "it was a game for adults"

It's up to the parents to step up and be fucking parents. I'd have gotten the belt, stick, boot, backhand, and anything else within reach if i played anything like this.
At the same time, the US has to stop being so uptight about nudity.

I voted yes but I honestly think it should be the parents responsibility to monitor what their kids are playing. Too many parents are using the computer as free babysitting while they run around and do other things. My neighbor allows her 10 year old to have a computer in his room and play video games past 11pm on school nights and has no clue what her son is doing in there since he also has a lock on the door. Parenting in the US is getting ridiculous and then we blame everyone else when our kids fail or become perverts.

Hasn't stop those bastards from extraditing people from other countries for the crimes that break American law.
Think thats the CIA.
FBI is federal in stale lines only.
Regardless, if the American government wants them bad enough; they'll get them.
Gary McKinnon
lol, yes exactly.
Nope, you didn't get him, demands refused.
For now, for now.
Doubtful, the highest court in the UK has stated it would be illegal to extradite him, I doubt a politician will choose jail as the price to appease the Yanks over a UFO nerds hacking of the Pentagon to find the "truth"

So sad and so true- it is not ok to let the computer babysit and locks on doors - sheesh. Say it together... Columbine. Thats exactly what happened there and in a lot of the other US mass shooting cases. Parents were AWOL. We as a society really need to ask why parents are not parenting.
Edited for clarity - not blaming computers - just parents.
