As far as I know it was never stated on the boards. Neither Tulga nor GN seems to be particularily interested in violating privacy laws and stating who was booted and who wasn't. But none the less it has happened. Just because you never heard about it doesn't mean it didn't happen:P. (There was some nastiness happening on Unity, and after much bugging and reporting of the players involved GN FINALLY did something (they are lazy at GN:P). I tried to ask Luca about it on a private IRC chat, but he wouldn't tell me who they banned, or what they did, or even IF they banned people. Apparently they aren't allowed to state things like that. *shrug*. Whatever)
I don't know if it is still on the boards, but during one major exploit with dragon hoard, AE (before they were TG) posted that they were deleting the hoard of the dragons who had used the exploit more than X number of times. Of course this made a lot of people very mad, since they claimed that the vast majority of their hoard was legit, so AE backed off a bit and only deleted the hoards of the worst of the exploiters.
The same thing happened with the blacksmith exploit, and serveral of the PB exploits.
Oh you mean GN yes it was posted on the board and yes people were banned. But as far as on the NA servers nobody has been banned to this day and yes the exploits are still there. Just like i believe they said they fixed the plot exploit, as far as i know this is still going on today. There is still a login exploit but you know about that one right?

Sigh, no I don't mean GN. I mean the NA shards. I don't play on the euro shard(s) and I never have, so I don't know anything about them other than what I read in the general forums of the community website (I don't even read the unity forums).

And for some one who says they read the boards everyday. There have been 3 times that notices were placed on the news page of the login of actions AE took against exploiters. Blacksmith exploit, Dragon hoard, and account theft. There has also been 2 incidents were people were banned for stealing from others.
Of course you already know that, because you read the boards everyday and still do the trial once a month to keep uptodate on things, right?

I have played every game out there, and Horizons is what I'm playing now. Try it and give it a chance, I did and its FUN! It's kinda like Morrowind and King's Field and EQ wrapped into one. I like to play in first person for that old school RPG feel
