    I grew up on Pac-Man and Frogger. So it amazes me when someone takes a game like Elder Scrolls Online and thinks it is terrible.

    Why would any1 care if your getting a refund.  If your not having fun thats your problem a lot of us are and no1 cares about other peoples opinions.  So many pointless threads giving your own personal opinions on everything why do the kids these days think everything they do and think is so bloody important it needs to be shared on a global scale.

    But ya OP, and everyone trying to find a new reason to whine about downtime, what game runs as smoothly across most/all systems? They've done a great job IMO fixing many of the issues plaguing the PTS mob.

     

    Play it or move on, downtime yes but I think a few days Early Access is hardly enough to judge the otherwise pretty solid release.

    They gave a child a refund. I think we should take a moment and recognize that most companies would never do this. So +1 for them once again for creating a wonderful game and providing amazing support!

    Every launch hundreds on this forum get refunds.

    No wonder games are expencive, they need to hire tons of people just to handle the exploiters.

    I like customer protection laws, not that I have ever needed them. But thinking about how much more expencive goods and services get because of people exploiting them, I think I want a refund.

    ...from people constantly asking for refunds.

    Dude, dyou know that in a few hours there is official launch and that every time MMO game launches servers, account system, sometimes even more than that, is down? Usually for more than just a reboot:)

    I've be trying sice day one of early access , I made 2 e-mails with explanations of why , and finally  on the third e-mail , with no explanation and just all caps, i get a response.

     

    SO for those out there who havent recieved information on a refund, could try my  all caps appraoch and get a response.

    I'm not sure why it bothers so many that I am getting a refund....

    Ouch, you might not get a refund, if you use one day of your early access.   They are probably ignoring you, because once you accepted the pre order bonus, you accepted the sale of the product.   Good luck, I hope I'm wrong for your sake. 

     

    Out of curiousness,  did you happen to start in Ebonheart Pact, because that area is 80% graphicly worse and developed then the Aldmeri Dominion and Daggerfall areas.
