But ya OP, and everyone trying to find a new reason to whine about downtime, what game runs as smoothly across most/all systems? They've done a great job IMO fixing many of the issues plaguing the PTS mob.

Play it or move on, downtime yes but I think a few days Early Access is hardly enough to judge the otherwise pretty solid release.

I've be trying sice day one of early access , I made 2 e-mails with explanations of why , and finally on the third e-mail , with no explanation and just all caps, i get a response.

SO for those out there who havent recieved information on a refund, could try my all caps appraoch and get a response.

I'm not sure why it bothers so many that I am getting a refund....

Ouch, you might not get a refund, if you use one day of your early access. They are probably ignoring you, because once you accepted the pre order bonus, you accepted the sale of the product. Good luck, I hope I'm wrong for your sake.

Out of curiousness, did you happen to start in Ebonheart Pact, because that area is 80% graphicly worse and developed then the Aldmeri Dominion and Daggerfall areas.

What is it with you and not reading threads? I mean, this time you didn't even read the original post.

Also, it doesn't matter how long someone plays, they can still get a refund. It's more likely they have a large back log than they were ignoring him. If they were ignoring him, then they have truly horrible customer service.
