On the ESO boards a person claimed to have gotten a refund after playing for many many many hours post release. Selling alpha access then not allowing a refund is underhanded.
Contact your bank or credit card company and get the refund that way.
If it was that easy why would anyone not ask for a refund and just pick the game back up at launch for free ?
lol because when you do a charge back with your bank or CC company the game company will ban your account....... That's the way it has always worked.
It's a f2p game, just make a new account ? How hard do you think that is hehe

lol Yeah in this case I totally agree. Historically though most of the time when you've been buying games it's been for sub based one's so the only option has been to buy another retail copy. Someone mentioned getting an ESO refund a little bit up so I was thinking of that.
good way you get a refund is if you paid via credit card and call your CC customer service; if you paid via other means, doubt you get the refund; the transaction to buy one of the founder's pack seems like a pre-purchase; I went to the store but didn't see the word "pre-purchase", maybe it's somewhere in tiny words; if that's the case and it turned out that is a pre-purchase, you may not get a chargeback from your CC; good luck
