    According to sales no. But I fail to see what GTA has to do with The Elder Scrolls or Final Fantasy. No one was arguing that either were the #1 best selling franchise in the world (Mario) 

    Immodium's argument was a pretty awful though, quantity =/= quality/sales

    Do I think more people have heard of FF than GTA. Yes.

    Actually GTA does have it beat in sales as a franchise, sadly.
