Actually according to their age laws, he can sue the boy himself as they consider him an adult.

If the Feds can bring a good case to the table in international courts, the kid could be extradited and tried in America for federal cyber crime and terrorist charges. Thing is, if Smed had just gone through the court systems for his upcoming cases, Smed would have been fine. The kid would have gotten whatever punishment comes from those cases, Smed could sue him, and LS would most likely have done nothing. By trying to publicly challenge and intimidate Lizard Squad, he threw the gauntlet down and they picked it up and smacked him in the face with it.

Heh, they'd be under the jurisdiction of the American courts which means that if they are convicted under charges of terrorism and conspiracy to commit terrorism they would be locked in a federal penitentiary for a very long time. Age means nothing under those charges.

Pretty sure it's almost impossible to track to people running DDOS attacks, esp if they know how to bounce their tracks. Wishful thinking though.

The parents SHOULD be able to be sued if the fault can be deemed partially theirs (AKA crappy parenting) There are way too many parents out there that don't have enough of a brain in their heads to own a goldfish, let alone raise a child.
