You failure to read and the attempt to skew the statistics with carbon copies of the same ship is really laughable. No one is interested in copies of the same ship with little to no difference.
Have faith!
"Copies of the same ship with little to no difference" ....
May i suggest you take a closer look at the Star Citizen ships ?
Take the Mustang starter ship for instance ....
two variants are racing ships, extra engine, no weapons, no bunk to sleep in, speed is EVERYTHING
OMG! They adjusted the speed and removed some interior objects, that must have taken them a year at least!
then there is the brawler ... armor, weapons, combat electronics, missile racks
OMG! Gameplay features that do not exist yet and a missile rack, that took at least 6 months!
then there is the explorer ... sensors, a place to live in, science computers to record new jump points
OMG! More gameplay features that do not exist or work at all and a bunk bed.
... yada yada yada fictional scenarios of gameplay that does not exist
Have fun
All you listed are gameplay features of which none are even in the game yet or have been shown to exist and minimal model changes. All that is imaginary and only exists on paper. Are you serious?
