I am not going to buy it just like i did not buy WoD. I am not going to pay for an expansion and then forced to pay more every month to play the expansion. Make the game Buy2Play already with optional subscription that provide perks for subscribing.

Even if the the rest of content sucked, I cant pass up the chance to RP my favorite Warcraft Archtype.
On the topic of other content, That live stream sure brings back a lot of memories from the early days like the emerald dream portals and killing those 4 dragon guardians makes me kinda sad that that game could of gone a different way entirely but by the looks of things they we try and explore those pieces of lore in the expansion.
On a side note: having a look at some peoples faces in the audience makes me think that there will be a lot of very perplexed people this expansion.

Well it meets some of the things I felt would be needed such as a focus on the Burning Legion and a new class. But I was really hoping we'd take the war to them on one of their worlds, not sticking to Azeroth.
Definitely feels like the last major expansion for World of Warcraft.
Wrapping up/finishing many of the big storylines, and giving so many fan wants:
Burning Legion.
Gul'Dan.
Demon Hunters.
Illidan.
Naga.
Azshara.
Night Elf and High Elf stuff.
Titans.
Emerald Dream/Nightmare.
And how do you introduce something like Relic weapons - making us literally as powerful as the hero/God-like characters in the game like Thrall, Arthas, Malfurion etc. - and NOT have this be the final expansion?
It's like they are literally throwing in EVERYTHING players want and finishing everything up.
I'm calling it now - this is the end of World of Warcraft.
After this, game will go F2P and either:
a) Blizzard will be "done" with MMOs and focus on smaller games/series like Hearthstone, Heroes, Overwatch
b) Something entirely new, or a WoW 2 MMO
And remember, Starcraft is finishing too. Legacy of the Void is poised to be the final of the entire Starcraft story too.
Diablo is done. There has been 3 games. We can only resurrect and kill the same big bads so many times, for D3: RoS we had to kill a fallen good guy!
I'm telling you - Blizzard is ENDING their 3 major franchises - Warcraft, Starcraft, and Diablo are all done/ending!
Blizzard of the future will be Hearthstone (still technically Warcraft, I know) Heroes of the Storm (all their worlds) and Overwatch - the big new IP.

More seriously everything they have said to date implies that the next expansion will be smaller than WoD in their push to create an annual purchase opportunity.
And I assume they have been told that the xpac must be out with the film however many bugs it still has; bugs not something you used to associate with Blizzard but with WoD no longer the case.

I feel like 70% of the new stuff they are adding to the game are things from Dark Age of Camelot
Artifacts, Talent system for pvp(Realm ranks), Prestige ranks(sounds like a another way to show of titles through cosmetics, which i think is a slightly better take).
A lot of good stuff being Added that DaoC did a while ago but im not complaining. Just wish somebody would make DaoC with a better interface and UI though and be done with it
we surely needed yet another melee, leather wearing class to add to the list
Demon Hunter is completely uninspiring to me, this is from a guy who is playing wow now, they should at least have some type of demonic magic ranged type. They haven't added a ranged class to the game yet since launch, they could have surely worked it into the whole metamorphasis thing
might head back to RIFT after seeing that, the Primalist looks really fricking cool

Even so, a new class can't even things at all.
2 Zones less is a lot, it cuts the content in 1/4.
It's a drastic content cut if you compare it with Draenor..If you'd compare it with BC or WOTLK it would feel like a content patch..
so every Ret will wield Ashbringer? Every Enhancement shaman will have Doomhammer?
....sigh.
